I need help I had applied for a visa some months ago and even rescheduled my appointment due to my admission deferment from fall 2015 to winter 2016. my problem is that I failed to complete the online DS-160 form before my application and when required during my application, I used my visa receipt number. now, I had done the right thing in completing the online DS-160 firm and now has the real confirmation code. what do I do? how do I change the confirmation number? am I in trouble? will this affect my interview? please I need help am losing my mind. thanks |

Canberra55:NIPOST mailing costs from #800-#1000. Time of delivery can be from 2 weeks to eternity . If the money is there, try better courier services. |

JUST FOR LAUGH A Friend said that Two of his oyibo colleagues at the Immigration got married to each other last year and were getting dissapointed that the caterers were late in bringing in the food for the visitors during the wedding reception. Next door to the wedding reception another wedding just finshed so the caterers there decided to lend their staff to his colleagues wedding reception. To everyone's dismay when it was time to serve grub none of the catering staff were anywhere to be found. It was later discovered that outside the venue, the wedding photographer was taking group pictures and because both married couple were Immigration staff the Photographer shouted "IMMIGRATION" to the crowd in order to indicate that all Immigration staff should come and join the couple for the picture. At the sound of the word "IMMIGRATION" the Asian staff and some few Black folk just dissappeared into thin air.It was quite funny. |

Hello guys, props to everyone contributing one way or the other to the good work that is being done on here. Now, it is said that first impression lasts longer and I want to believe that how we dress more often than not, influences how people judge us in the first seconds of an interview. Make I no talk too much, abeg how una take dress go for una interview? Cux I wouldn't really wanna overdo it and at the same time not look totally lost. (Literal and vivid illustrations will be highly appreciated). Thanks. |

hello guys, I need your assistance in choosing the school i should choose for my masters in Electrical engineering. I have been offered admission in 3 universities right now namely; 1) southern Illinois university edwardsville. (SIUE) 2) Wayne state university, Detroit, Michigan (WSU) 3) University of Kentucky I'm supposed to resume by spring 2016, i already have i-20 forms from two of the schools. i think i am having a had choice choosing between WSU and SIUE. Tuition in SIUE is cheaper by $5,000 and the department boosts about assistantship after first semester, that was what was pushing to go for the school, but now i am thinking to myself if this is actually a good school to go to. Someone should please assist me with facts that will help me narrow down my choices. |

Theflint1: NIPOST isn't as bad as you have painted it. I have used NIPOST 3 times. For 3 different destinations in the US and they never failed me. All you need do is send with the one that issues tracking number and with that you can monitor your document. Within 10 working days, it'll get to the desired destination in US. It now depends on how soon you want your document to get there. It'll cost you between N1,200 and N1,500 depending on the weight and same document will cost you between N10k and N14k using DHL or other courier outfits and it'll get there in 4 or 5 working days. The choice is now yours. |

busysammy07:There's no specific rule about that here. What I do know is, they focus mostly on the information you supplied to them and what you say during the interview. Notwithstanding though, the VO might want to see some documents such as your bank statement, test score and so on in the course of interview. It's just a normal interview and don't act desperate to convince anyone. Just be whom are you, keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best. Don't forget about home ties, link whatever you want to study out there to your home country and how you'll improve it. Sponsorship; let what your sponsor do for a living seems big. If he has a shop at "Idi Oro Mushin", let it sound cool. Above all, pray for luck and let God take control. Good luck! 2 Likes |
