Why not back up your most important stuff (contacts, messages, favorite apps) and reset the phone? And are you sure it's a virus? Install an antivirus and scan it for malware

What model is your phone?
When you go to app info for non-system apps, isn't there an option to move to sdcard?

You cannot use yesterday's food to quench today's hunger.Yesterday's food is called "A JOB" but today's food is called "FINANCIAL FREEDOM".The only food you can use to handle today's hunger is called "FINANCIAL EDUCATION".Join DBS today and start making 4500 naira or more into your account everyday. You dont have to wait until month end to get paid. You join today, you start getting paid tomorrow.Just two weeks back ,a friend of mine whom I introduced into the business earned 40,500 naira into his account just 11 days after signing up.And in just this past week,I earned 56,500 naira.WOW!!!!!..I earned that in just 5days.Now if you have a business which requires just 5,500 to set up an gives you 50,000+ every week, wouldn't you call that a good business??.DBS is the name of the business. With a start-up capital of just 5,500 naira(which is paid into the company's account),you start to earn 4,500+ naira every single day for the rest of your life. Direct Bank Saver is the name of the business, Direct Business Associate is the name of the company. Please do not allow fear and doubt to deny you of this great opportunity. If you are interested, contact me or add me up on whatsapp with:08070717482.Add me up for more info on how to get started and I promise you wont regret it..Stay cool and earn for yourself everyday..........

Forgot to answer.Settings->Apps
Select an app, you might see "move to external storage" Select it.
Not all apps support it, some apps disable it in the manifest (eg Whatsapp) and you'll need root to move such apps to the SD card.

Malware.
Download Dr Web from the playstore and scan your device.
Uninstall the malware it displays, if you can't uninstall then the malware was most likely preloaded with the ROM and you need root access to remove it.
Or if you want you can flash it.

No SD card option but internal and phone storage option.

Internal might be phone, phone storage, the SD card.
If the apps are installed to phone memory, then the "move to" option you see is the SD card.

Without USB debugging turned on, ADB can't find your device.
Does SP flash tool recognize it?

Since you've installed ADB, go to C://adb
That is the adb folder in your PC.
Open the folder, hold the Shift button on your keyboard then right click, then select "open command window here"
Connect your device to the pc, turn it on (either factory mode or normal boot)
type
adb devices
thenpress enter
See your device shows up

Proud to say I have made my first Google Cardboard and I must say, it's interesting. I even solved the annoying drift issue. However my lenses are need a bit more fine-tuning. Also, finding that special magnet is not easy but it works without the magnet.
Expect some pictures soon.
Mission accomplished!
What lenses did you use?

Men, the lens is the main problem. Had to travel to lagos for it to be specially made for me, made quite a lot. Was successful but the focal lenght made the viewer longer.

Guys, please help. I subscribed for the BBLITED stuff. But anytime I'm downloading , the 3g signal keeps fluctuating. It just disappears and reappears after about 2 mins. After reconnecting and resuming the download, it disconnects again. I don't know if it's a general problem, or, is anyone else experiencing it? I've used two MTN sim cards already.

What exactly do you want to set up?
Android is pretty much straightforward, and the sim cards are usually configured automatically to browse the internet.

I see the problem.
Apparently your device cannot move apps to the SD card.
if you have root on your phone, you could create an additional partition on your external SD card and move apps there using an application or script designed to do that - you can use Link2sd, you can look it up in the Play store.

If SP flash tool was detecting your phone then I'd say yes, 100%.
I don't use an MTK device.
Maybe they can help.

What's the model of the phone in question? I'm sorry but I'm unable to trace the the end to where it started.
