manneger2: No problem. Might want to consider upper endoscopy such as EGD. Sigmoidoscopy is considered lower endoscopy. Regards |

Apex Vitality Mastermind : The shrewd spirits didn't make another move until around two months before at my new living arrangement (odds are I perceived that moving doesn't clear positively one of spirits). Spooks will regularly come back to retest their objectives. One-night I lying on my rest close. Through my eye-covers I watched a specter hanging to the roof. The vision was not clear, but rather would I be able to view bones and free articles of clothing. It was by all accounts flying on rises. I waved my clench hands and bounced up. That undertaking appropriately completed my yoga. Read More ==>> http://advancemenpower.com/apex-vitality-mastermind/

Good evening Dr. I have two beautiful daughters and
I tried to conceive the second on ovulation day but I
guess I ovulated earlier or later in that cycle since I
did not use any kits or such then. Meanwhile, my
husband wanted just two kids.
Now, I really want to have a boy. Someone told me I
can work with a gynea to make this happen.
Something about the gynea monitoring me and
knowing when my egg is about to burst so I can meet
with my husband that day.
Is this possible? If yes, what tests was she referring
to and which Doctor/Gynea can I meet to help in
Lagos? This is will my last baby so I don't want to
take chances at all. |

Missymassy: Hello Missmassy, Yes, it is possible to know when you are about to ovulate. It will involve close work with your GP and serial ultrasound scans to give the best time to meet your partner. The human sperm cell is viable for between 3 - 5 days while the the ovum is only viable for 24 hrs, so there is a narrow window to ensure success if all other factors are OK. Secondly, there are ovulation kits that indicate when a woman has ovulated. You can purchase this and learn to use them. Remember: the ovum is viable for 24hrs only, so, once it is positive, you have to meet with your partner that day. There are other methods which are less accurate but give broader windows. Finally, without the use of pre-conception egg selection, it is almost impossible to select a Y spermatozoon (boy) or an X spermatozoon (girl). There are some methods that are advocated but it would be unethical to discuss that here. All the best |

I travel home in 2010 to bury my late Dad. When I'm back to Lagos after 2wks I started vomiting blood. After medical examinations they said it was (can't remember now? This type of cough that dry up people. There and then the head heaviness started which I attributed to various drugs taken which nearly ran someone crazy. Since the heaviness still linger because no money to do MRI. What do you advise? |

Good morning Docs in the house in in 2007 I had a coital with a lady, days later I started having strange symptoms,Iike excessive night sweat, movement in the body, loss of concentration and stool in the blood. I was greatly disturbed and was afraid to go for diagnosis,I started taking some herbal drugs, which subsided the symptoms months later the symptoms starte again. Later summoned courage to go for diagnosis.HIV was -ve,culture wss done, the result was moderate growth of staph,D doc prescribed Ceftriazone and other antibiotics,I took and was fine. Last year d symptoms started again, but with reddish blisters on my tongue,I went diagnosis again result-scanty growth of staph,I was placed on antibiotics ,after taking d antibiotics I went for another diagnosis and nothing was found. But since then I have been having constant typhoid and malaria which I treat every month,I have noticed that the constant movement in the body and occasional loss of concentration subsides whenever I take augmetin. And the cycle continues. Please advice |

Kflorencek: A one-liner is not going to help much. Have you always been like this? Are the pains on superficial or deep penetration? There are a lot of Qs to be answered before I can help |

Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 8:42pm On Oct 26, 2015 |
Kflorencek: How old are you? I assume general gyn health as in no STD etc. Then, there's dryness---increase pre-intimacy events and supplement with commercial lubrication ( or spit) during. Do get a pelvic exam or woman exam for general gynecological health. Good luck. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 8:46pm On Oct 26, 2015 |
rev2214: I need to know your prior or past medical history. What did they investigate or treat you for? Is it vomiting blood or coughing up blood because they are two distinct origins. Vomiting blood usually means blood coming anywhere from your alimentary canal (GI tubes). Coughing up implies your respiratory canal (lungs typically). You need good history and physical exam taken by a professional.... |

dhummystecah: A normal healthy adult should not have problems recovering from influenza virus unless you are severely depressed immunity by way of infectious diseases such as HIV, TB or by nutritional deficiencies or inherited immune deficient states. It is not flu or else you have depressed immunity. Do get checked out for HIV/AIDS especially if you are sexually active or use IV drug injection. I wish you well. |

Principe: Your problem is not staph, please stop getting treated for staph. Do get screened for malaria and typhoid parasites and treat accordingly. Good luck |

Kflorencek: It is uncommon in early adolescents I'm going to assume you have no other symptoms i.e pain when you pee or abnormal/painful menses You'll need more lubrication; either through longer and more gentle pre-intimacy or commercial water-based lubricants like KY jelly |

Thanks Doc. It was coughing out blood and all the test was done at Lasucom ikeja, so I think they're well qualified. Most test were not showing anything tangible. But it was eventually attributed to Tobaculosis ( I'm not sure my spelling is correct) But there was disagreement between them. But I didn't take any medication related to Tobaculosis and that was 4yrs ago |
