It's advised to stop before ovulation if you're ttc, but if you're very sure you are not ttc in that month you can do it 4times a week, then 16times a month.

Have you seen a gyno? What did he say about the fibroid or is it cyst? Let your dh also run some tests so you follow it squarely. Meanwhile, eat healthy, drink plenty water and exercise mildly daily. People with cyst and fibroid still take in and carry to term. Have you tried tracking your ovulation to be sure you are regular?

@ayashow you can go on ewedu/b6 therapy whyile waiting for the hormonal assay. @4realwoman God will surely see you true. Its not uncommon for mothers with fibroid to spot. Keep holding up on your faith. You are on the right track starting your ANC right away, that will help them monitor you. My elder sis didn't know she has fibroid, neither did she know when she took in as they weren't trying yet. It was pains that sent her to hospital, lo and behold, bpt positive scan showed 5wks with small subserous fibroids. Her baby is close to a year now. Yours won't be different dear.

@not freakingout welcome back dear. God is still God. @cyntobless staph is a serious infection. Run test and treat based on sensitivity, together with dh and abstain during treatment to avoid re-infection. You can also get ur dh on aloe vera and garlic capsule. I used garlic capsule but not aloe vera as it can cause miscarriage at times from my research. Though this was after serious treatment with injectables and oral drugs. Before then we've been moving from on hospital to next without success on staph eradication but after that last one, no more infections till now. We ran the tests on our own and I scanned the result to my sister nurse, a pharmacist and doc DonaTee who was active here then. Based on their advice, I was able to select the ones I used from the highly sensitive ones. Staph is sometimes serious, you can research on it. Though if they say slight growth, it might not be from your system. Could be lab contaminants, so be sure its from moderate growth before embarking on treatment to avoid treating what is not on your system, or repeat in another lab.
