Btw, you're gona need the original certificate in the long run.

* Go to any Cafe/Business Centre in ABK.

* Log on to http://www.delsuonline.com

* Generate a virtual pin

* Take the pin to any of the designated banks in ABK

* Pay a sum of N21,000

* Go back to the Cafe to activate your payment

* Print the confirmation letter..

Note: Just go to any cafe in ABK, the cafe attendant will put you through..
