Yorubas needs to steer away from Nigeria politics and should focus more on Yorubaland and Yoruba interest.

Assuming I visit? The whole point of going to Nigeria, for me, is to go to Ekiti.

Well I loved it. It's "earthy" like you said, clean, green boisterous. People were generally nice/kind.

I visited several cities/villages in Ekiti. I was happy with the development [even tho it was in a slow pace] Fayemi was achieving in several parts......roads/bridges/fixing our dam.

I spent 80% of my time in my lovely state and I didn't want to go back to Lagos.

I love my state.

sO i'VE HEARD FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE.

While I was in college [undergrad], I had a burkina-faso roommate. She told me that her people don't trust them because they're dubious when they do business in burkina-faso. I was surprised that she nailed them down to tribe name.

The reason why I'd support breaking this country up is because I want them to stop spoiling the Nigerian name.

Do they even care about our admonitions? Besides Fayemi, I don't know any governor in the southwest who screamed about the return to regionalism. He was always present at the DAWN meetings while other south-west governors only sent representatives.

You our people abroad can say you are not interested in naija politics but we back here don't have a choice..

We pay hundreds of thousands to educate primary school kids, still pay home lesson teachers a couple of tens of thousands to fill any gap that may exist...

We have constituted ourselves into counties, we provide our own electricity, water, security, fix bad portions of roads ourselves & you think we'd like it to be so forever...

My last baby we had to do blue pali anchor baby in case the country is still in the ditch & we are too groowwn to contribute much. He will be a citizen of a place that things like welfare, grants etc don't sound like latin...

We don't have a choice here, I don't know how to braid hair & can't start RN degree.... smiley
