i heard they have! with the new upgrade... buh am rooted and i aint taking no risk..so i saw this app on playstore and it has fixed d problem

The bug update did not say fixed multitasking issue..
Just the 3G preferred

Yh i saw sm comments abt d multitasking ish not been fixed with d update... well i guess dts d edge rooted users still hav over non rooted users.... Ram manager pro and memory locker is a must have... can u imagine am finally receiving notifications without opening d app

download memory locker first, then lock your messaging apps lik whatsapp and bbm to your device memory... dat wat it doesnt close d app wn u leave d app..dat way. wn u hv a msg u wld gt d notification instantly... Download d app nd follow d guide in it.... problem solved

Guy just disable auto start management and u will start receiving messages.....the tins is that those apps get closed by the phone but they ought to restart. The phone prevents this restart. Disabling it will enable it again. No need for memory locker.

For rooted users that need update, unroot first with superuser.apk. flash Stock Rom ( tick all options in sp flash tool) to your phone.

Am surprised you failed to tell them to back up their files first before doing this because if they follow your procedure, it means they are loading rom from scratch and all files will be toasted. I will suggest that only recovery img be flashed and then try to install update and see.. But before you do.... BACK UP ALL YOUR DATA

at least ma watsap bbm fb messenger are all working well now....+am now a pro in flashing and tweaking phones....no pain no gain....

If they flash only recovery, they will just waste 70mb because it won't update. They need to flash everything for the update to work.

u have to update...the latest update took care of watsapp...bbm...added H+ and also put a lock on ur multitasking... so that u can clear all apps and leave those that are still running... for those who need one on one help beep me on WhatsApp 08176567002 ...I felt like selling d fone b4...I even pasted advert on NL...But I have come to fall in love with ma fone more n more.....its a great fone... Easy as ABC...the hardest part was me not backing up ma ROM wen rooting the first time...if u are in ma boat...all u need to do is to download a stock rom file of techno c8 from or slim-tech...the file is about 1GB in zip format... move the file to ur computer....then u extract the files from this zip folder....go and back up ur pictures movies games and every other user data u have on ur fone cos this process go chop am....on ur computer launch sp flash tool as admin.....the scatter file to be loaded is included in the extracts from the zip folder...as soon as u load d scatter file,every other stuff like android,boot,recovery,system etc will appear...be sure to tick all of them.....then click on download.....now switch of ur fone and connect with a USB to ur computer...for about 414 seconds a yellow bar at the buttom of d page will be reading up to 100%...pls wait for it to finish 100% and show u a pass mark with OK...then u remove ur fone from USB....put on ur fone... at first it may not want to leave the tecno logo...reboot it...it will work..showing android is upgrading...wait till it counts up to 105 or so....that's all ...ur fone is like brand new...u can now update the two tecno updates...

I have back up my rom when rooting the first time. After I rooted it, I immediately back it up.
