check your mail guys, UI sent a message today, the normal information on the status page, but I think it means they are working.

Yeah I got d mail too but its still d same thing and even the transcript that has been confirmed in PG Sch still says "NO"

Pls Jobyruz, I'm also a Ladokite, finished from Civil Eng dept. I got a text message last week Thursday that my transcript is ready; see the message in quote
" PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTED IS READY. MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR ITS COURIER IN THE ACADEMIC AFFAIRS UNIT,ROOM 4.STUDENT COPY ALSO AVAILABLE"
I traveled to school, paid 1.8k for the courier stuff and I was able to attach my transcript label too.
My Question now is, is there another process after all this asides sending it straight to UI which is what those women told me and How will I know if UI has received it thanks

How long did it take for the transcripts to be ready? cos I've applied for mine since 24th of July and they keep wasting time saying it's not ready and all. I want to know the time duration for it to be ready

My NYSC on admission statis says "No" while my friend's own says "LET", where as we submitted the Same Call up letter...though we are yet to upload our discharge certificate...my question is ..1..what is the meaning of LET?...2. who among us should not be scared

LET means call up LETTER. TWO of you needs to get your discharge certificate ready before screening or preferably upload it to be 100% safe.

I think it's because of the rescheduled exam.. Anyway, let's hope this is the beginning of something good, from ui.

There's no cause for alarm. It happened to people I know, we graduated from ui together. one saw his nysc on the status, the other read no. the admin guys said it's not a big deal, it was an oversight, it'll be corrected. you can however upload your discharge certificates if you have them, at no extra cost.

I checked myself oooo, infact there are two(2) registers, one is for non-label transcript and the 2nd is with label which I saw my name in.

Relax. they will send it and it will reflect on ur account within two weeks. i pay 1.8 last week tuesday,checking my account today i saw transcript present.

YK, how fr na... Just checked ur profile pic now.... Let me explain, see after paying that first 2k to senate building and 1k to CVE dept... They'll surely tell u to keep expecting it but its a big lie o..... Cos u still need to go to Room 4(Right) @ the student affairs to fill a form, telling them u need the transcript very urgently; in two days u'll receive a text telling u to come and pay(1.8k) for the courier to transport it to UI... When u want to pay they'll tell u to attach ur Transcript Label and in a week or two,all things being equal Your Transcript Status should read Yes on PGUI's website.... Pls make haste o... Anybody can fill the form for u(preferably, use a lady)

Yes I got the mail also. Transcript is saying yes but the issue of uploading discharge certificate. Will I have to pay to upload it or wait for registration. Was still serving when I applied, now that am done, has anyone uploaded his/her discharge certificate and how did he/she go about it

When will the admission list be released? Why is UI so slow? I am tired of being expectant.

To upload NYSC certificate, you will have to create an invoice, pay 1k to the designated bank , modify and lock up again

For now, you don't have to do that. Just upload the certificate normally free of charge. It is when the lists have been sent to the department's that you would be required to pay.

Once you reupload the new documents, just make sure you save them. If you save them, it'll show at their end.

I got an information yesterday from one of my lecturers in the department of Archaeology and Anthropology / Forensic science, that they have gotten the list of successful candidates, and there is a 99% possibility that there won't be another test for the applicants. Congratulations in advance to those that applied to the department.

Right now now my headache is that I have never gotten an email as regards status update, what do u think? Been following this tread and noticed that people have been getting mails for UI. Log on to your portal, click on status, and you would see the information there.
