Buhari wants to use this golden opportunity to loot all he can while he is in charge, they said he never stole in the past and I guess he is not happy about not being as rich as IBB, the Abachas and OBJ. He has realised that "fisrt fool no be fool, na second fool be proper foolish". So all he wants is to grab and loot our oil money with his northern cohorts. He should have been interested in the ministry of defence where we are having the greatest crisis not petroleum where he can loot without being questioned. 2 Likes |

factorial1: The Constitution only states that, each State of the federation is to produce a minister, of which the President has fulfilled. Him overseeing a particular ministry cannot be against the constitution. Besides, the Constitution is silent on whether he can or not. So, IT IS VERY VERY RIGHT!!! |

adaweezy: The op is not asking if Buhari has the right to higher people, he is asking if he has the constitutional right to hire himself. And pls do not say he can just because Obasanjo did it, remember, Obasanjo is not the constitution. |

The question would have been if one same individual can be petroleum minster for two time even though at different times? Buhari is here to thief again. He was a former petrleum thief minister. He was also a thief chairman in ptdf and today, he is here to thief from the most popular 5% voter zone. Whatever things you will want to do with the petroleum monies, may you never move forward an inch. You openly announced to the world that zone gave you only 5%, that you will personally ensure those people never know peace, you have decided to turn round and thief from that same region. Na thief go make that your dry fire wood body dry more and more. Tufiakwa to Buhari. See hin strong barbed wire face |

Buhari is gradually unfolding his grand plan to loot what he did not in his previous stints in government. Instead of looking the way of defence where we currently have a crisis as a result of insurgency in the north east, he is going after the much coveted oil. Maybe he wants to become richer than IBB, OBJ and the Abachas by the end of 2019. |

pathardy: HE said he wants to personally oversees it. Do you have a problem with that. It is his administration. If he fails and succeed, he will be hold responsible. Let us give him our support. Is your concern for things to work or you are more concern about who oversees petroleum dept Leave him and let him do it the way he likes so far it doesnt go against our constitution and it produces the results will anticipate Hating doesnt pay |
