I am just thinking of outsourcing some aspects of the printing process

l think you can only get Labels printing which will be printed on sheets feeds machine then cut into retangular sizes or by means of die-cutting blades.
The higher cost of Roll die-cut paper or plastic based film sheet is making it difficult to do the printing in Nigeria.
If you can import materials into the country on a regular basis then you can go for the printing.

This is easy nah. Getting a round T-shirt, Ogbogonogo market is there for you or you can as well go to Onitsha. Materials! go to that plaza close to bishop'court in Asaba, there shop is there.

Sorry, I was barred from posting when I did that the other time. You can search my name, then call me with the number in signature.

After removing the layers, switch on your heat transfer machine. My own transfer machine was set to 200. So I leave it (the green light) to read up to 200 set of red light. (But I don’t normally leave my own to get to 200. I use my initiative to understand when best to heat.

When it gets to 200 limit from the reading, I place the t-shirt on the transfer machine board, then place the image I extracted from the paper. I place the image at the pocket area of the t-shirt. I cover it with the white cloth. (the white cloth comes with the machine. It prevents the front cover heater of the machine from touching your image extract. photo below...

After covering it with the white cloth, then I brought down the cover of the machine and heat for 20 seconds and lift up the cover. I removed the white cloth. And I have printed on the cloth. Please note that the textile, texture of the cloth you are printing on determines the amount of time you are going to leave it to heat.

After raising the cover of the heat transfer, you know say you don already print on your cloth

It is not must that you must start your heattransfer business with the heat transfer machine. Many people use electrical iron to heat their images. And it works perfectlyfor them. You can as well determine the price tag for your work.My dear, I love this job and don’t joke with it. I have come across so many ladies, infact very beautiful ones doing this kind of job. They inspired me. I often times tell people that this kind of job, you don’t needto shy about it. na real big man work. Feel free to ask your questions if you have.

From the example he has given, you can charge N100 to N120 depending the quatity of the cloth for both the printing and digital.

Thank you... charges for the work that involves screen and digital printing depends on the number of T-SHIRTS and sizes Of the the impressions. Say 50 T-shirt of the mama ngbaku I gave example is N120 per 1 clothe

These Are The Aspects That Are Rake In More Money Than Others...Anyone With The Knowledge Can Signify Too.

Let me try, you just make the 3d design on your computer, then print it on the opaque transfer paper, then on to ur t shirt.

I am interested in this biz but don't have the capital to start big.I would prefer starting small using the screen printing type and with a pressing iron.Please I will be glad if someone can briefly explain to me on how to use pressing iron in printing on shirt,anticipating for your response, thanks.

Just go back and read through Onismate's post for the process involved in the digital printing. Now once you get to the stage where you'll transfer ur image onto the shirts, you now make use of ur pressing iron instead of the heat transfer machine.
Before Ironing, Make sure you cover your already designed heat transfer paper with a Silicon paper so as to prevent the ink from your heat transfer paper from jumping onto your iron. You know it can spoil your iron and aswell as ur design.
