If not for this financial pillagery, there was never a reasonable explanation for the inability of the Nigerian Military to crush Boko Haram within weeks. The evil of a few men allowed Bokoharam to grow into an uncontrollable monster which it is today.

The only time the Nigerian military actually procured arms to fight BH was earlier this year just before the election using the $1bn loan; and we all saw the wonderful effect it had in the war against the insurgence. Meanwhile approximately N1trillion per year had been budgeted to defense consistently for the last 5 years but it all went to personal pockets. Only God himself can jugde some Nigerians.
