iblawi: Ok so you also in on the insult brigade. You don't get my point, I don't blame you. I showed you what is produced in SA and exported to so called "super powers", it was a responds to what your fellow countryman claimed that Proforce and Dicon produces LAV's and MRAP's that's on par with SA. Deal with it. 6 Likes |

snydergp1st: United Nations buying made in Nigeria LAV is hurting you guys badly in South Africa....we are taking UN market from you soon, as well as AU market....watch out for out coming MRAP and tracked IFV. Meanwhile, enjoy proudly made in Nigeria LATV....Light Armoured Tactical Vehicle, the first one is being made to have amphibious version, the second one to favour special forces or regular forces patrol ops....ALL PROUDLY MADE IN NIGERIA by black Nigerians making world class equipment that United Nations is happy to buy as world class quality....we don't have a defence industry owned by Europeans....like SA depends on foreign companies. Proudly Nigerian ! 3 Likes 1 Share

snydergp1st: Namibia builds MRAP...so what's the big deal about MRAP? Super powers have stopped buying South African MRAPs long ago, USA, UK, now build better MRAPs than South Africa, go see the Couger MRAP. Also check out the Wildcat MRAP from Israel. Even Israel and Saudi Arabia make better MRAP than South Africa today, the world has overtaken you while you were busy boasting ! 2 Likes 1 Share

agaugust: You mean the Saudi MRAP designed by a South African company and sold under a joint agreement? How are they better? Fact is we have sold to super-powers and our exports are doing as well as ever Nigeria has yet to produce anything that competes with 1970s era Casspir let alone our latest generation Rg series Stop talking about America and Israel we are comparing Rsa to Nigeria 4 Likes |

Just look how desperate agaugust is by trying to fraudulently promote dead Nigerian defence industry with photoshopped images of Otokar Cobra II. Here is an original picture. and here is agaugust's faked photo shopped picture of cobra. www.nairaland.com/attachments/3086797_proforceapc_jpegfe270fcbd973450a5219476953f34919 Just look how the picture has been zoomed and photoshopped on the front Will UN ever buy into this circus? 5 Likes |

agaugust: Are you being serious. Those two junks you've posted are better in quality compared to what SA made LAV. How many of those junks did the UN buy. Our old Ratel is and will still be better then anything you make in the next 30 years. Whenever you argue its about race why do you always have to prove Nigerians are black hell even Satan knows this by now. You are happy to work for whites and kissing there *asses everyday to avoid deportation, so in reality your just a hypocrite. 3 Likes |

agaugust: Look who is talking? your military does not even trust your locally made equipments. The evidence is in how they have been procuring equipments from Europe and China over the years. Your military use 100% foreign made products and that equally means you are owned by foreigners. SANDF use more than 70% locally manufactured equipments and I hope that is what makes us different from you. 1 Like |
