This is a little info about our waiting for service year...
From our informant at the NYSC headquarter,we were made to understand that Batch A of 2015 CMs service year is "likely" to be shortened so as to pave way for the incoming Batch A of 2016 which is tentatively February/March. This means that instead of A15 passing out April,it is possible (final decision rest with NYSC as it is yet to meet over that officially) that they pass out Earlie February or mid February.
Like I said before,it was a little info I could get from our informant at the NYSC headquarter.

If your result have gotten senate approval before/during NYSC start requesting from various institutions (Senate of most schools have already approved their students results ) and your department have no (or few) backlog of awaiting PCM of previous set(s) then you are good to go.

And we'll all see a good place as PPA.

As for me I just want a PPA with a conducive environment.
With free accommodation and a low-level cost of living.
Then I don't mind if I teach or work in ministry

So, I just want to enjoy my NYSC year.
Filled with memories and fun.

I'm not even concerned about the PPA availability issh. I know it's all planned well.
In the next two weeks or so. TT will be out.

>Yes that's what we all desire but the truth is that the experience is not usually palatable at all because you need to see CMs hustling for accomodation with students around student hostels in my skul since the skul resumption is just 6 weeks *and many have not resumed because of harsh economy such that the skul itself did not implement the #5000 late registration fine* after being told that CORPERS LODGE is already filled up while collecting their acceptance letters.

Official TT is not out yet but we're looking at Feb/Mar going by the DG if NYSC.

btw.. I graduated in 2014. for some funi reasons i could not go this november after waiting a full year.

Well, I don't see myself serving in a tertiary institution.

I don't even want to serve in a state capital.
Just a nice village, with social amenities and correct social life. And not too far from the state capital

It has an advantage of close proximity to Abuja.
