That no15 in defence was a mess. He didn't deserve to play 90mins. Hubby was just venting throughout the match . Poor positioning, poor pace, easily out thought, not quickly sorting out his legs, low concentration. The back line was poor but he was the weakest link.

I really understand your point but, it seems you didn't read the comment I quoted. Try and read it so you can understand that my comment is feasible. Especially with the way Mali is playing (playing for nothing)

The reality is that Nigeria MUST win their game against Algeria. If we play a draw, Algeria will top the group and if Egypt beats Mali by ONE GOAL, they will be second. If by more than a goal and we draw, then Egypt tops the group and Algeria second.

Our group is the stronger one and whoever will go through on Saturday MUST win their game.
If Egypt wins they go through.
If Nigeria win we go through.
If Algeria wins they go through.
Since only two countries will go through, then only 2 of the 3 wins I listed will matter.

WE HAVE TO WIN. Otherwise, it becomes 'kalo kalo'. The Egypt:Mali game is almost predictable and in fact, if we could not beat Egypt, why should we expect Mali to do it for us?. And knowing African football politics which tends to favor North African teams, Egypt will lie, steal and cheat on Saturday to win their game.

We thus REALLY have no choice than to win our game.
