you are not alone. fighting off sexual urge can be very challenging and frustrating at times. most sins takes the grace of God to contain but sins of the flesh takes more than grace if you ask me. i think that's about the only sin the Bible said we should 'flee' from. this means it takes more than mental determination, it also requires physical running away from, as Joseph did with potipha's wife. so how i do is get busy and avoid anything that will stir the urge in me. things like:

7) masturbate when you can't take it no more. for guys masturbating is bad for your health but it's okay for the ladies. but mind you, the more you masturbate is the more the urge for the real deal grows, so let's scratch off the masturbation part. again it's a sin!

I agree with you . but you shouldn't have mentioned masturbation in the furst place, becos mesturbation is addictive . so my solution to sexual urge is always getting yourself busy, dont watch pornography

Sexual urge is a natural thing but hw we handle it is a different ting. To avoid always being in d mood or feeling. Just put ur mind off it.
Personally, I handle it by engaging my mind nd tot wit reading, reading of interesting books.
Avoid phone intimacy or sexual chats.

As to what type of friend. I mean all types of friends. Because if you chose to have one irrespective of the gender, such could introduce you to what you are trying to avoid or sell the idea to you.
