Poor construction site management
- no hard hat
- no safety boots
- no overcoat
- no safety barriers
- no safety signs (HSE dead and buried)
- poor contractor and incompetence

The governor must have approved the mobilisation of works with all these details in the BOQ.

You better warn your governor to take HSSE very seriously. Inspecting construction projects with no PPE. No hardhat, no safety shoes.

Going to construction site with out the necessary PPE doesn't show safety is been considered. Accidents on site doesn't know if you are a president or governor when it occurs. This is how a visitor dress on site.

Yes and that's evident in the fact that he didn't bother to put on any protective gear.

He was probably in a hurry or something. Maybe posing for the cameras was all he went there for.

What is the special thing wike has done that nobody has done? CRAmaechi did same so why is his different? Let's call a spade a spade and a shovel a shovel. The man is working to salvage what is left they are all the same people. Wike was part of Amaechis govt 75 percent. It is ignorant people that just talk based on what they read online. You need to live in phc to talk about politics in rivers

From an engineering perspective, its a shame a state govt project can be carried out with zero HSE practice. Imagine a picture of a governor on a form work without safety boots, for a four storey building he has no safety helmet. Well again its nigeria, NSE can look the other way.

I laugh for dis interim governor. If he likes make he build Aso rock for Port harcourt, he was not democratically elected and the rightful person is Dakuku Peterside. After all Amaechi has been given better federal portfolio. The campaign of saying na Amaechi go dey rule has gone.The court where they will summon him on how he spent the borrowed money is been spent. Nigerians are wisher than this Wike fake governance. He is looking for sympathy votes during rerun.
