I really dnt knw if it's safe or nt bt I had an experience some wks bak. I noticed some kind of pains around my lower abdomen each tym I try to reverse d car frm d car park, so I had to stop bt I tried doing same yesterday n I felt no pains. Just b careful because learning 2 drive strains d brain n ur baby's development has to do wt ur brain too. (I stand to b corrected).

So my birth story goes thus-
At my 36 week appointment I was told that I would be induced the following Friday (@ 37 weeks), because I was developing pre eclampsia. (my due date was Dec 17th).

Also my biggest fibroid was blocking part of the cervix. A CS couldn't be done because the fibroid was located right where the CS incision would have been made and there would be a risk of bleeding out.

I had a 3rd degree tear and eventually my son made his grand entrance at 2.37am on the 29th of Nov, weighing 3.1kg. All tests and labs on him came back great without any single issue. To God be the glory!

PS- I am sure I would have fainted without epidural, it really helped during those long hours of labour!

Hello mamas..how's the waddling going..mehn I've been awake all nyt..couldn't sleep..feeling intense severe pains at my waist behind abi na lower back..dunno what to mk of it..the pain comes and goes..started since on Saturday night but stopped Sunday morning and then now again..no show yet or water breaking so I don't want to rush to the hospital..
What should I do as I'm confused

P.S..EDD is actually today .. God help us all and mk it easy on us all..

Goodmorning all, sabi mamas please help ooooo.........has anyone experienced this, i am 33weeks and i spotted bright red blood late yesterday night for like 5minutes when i wipe and it has stopped immediately although i am not having cramps or any pain. Do i need to be worried, I just dont want to rush to the hospital if its nothing to panic about.

Are u still bleeding? its advisable to stay off BD whilst bleeding as d cervix is still open , so as to avoid introducing infection into d uterus. if not 2 weeks is ideal, since u weren't dat far along.
u can start taking ur supps , coQ10 is an antioxidant, so it can help in restoring uterine n ovarian health.
