Biggest danger looming in this cointry. From records, this is the highest bail demand by any trial Justice in money laundering, a clear case of the north and Buhari against the south south. Am waithing any Nigerian who have come across this kind of bail request. |

The bail conditions are not too stiff. Several retired directors have become successful businessmen and women. The money is nothing. Olu Falae, Alison Ayida, Etc became successful after leaving office. Dokpesi's associates can provide the money while the retired civil servant will lend his name. 2 Likes |

Pls can someone help me In explaining the concept Of this surety? Would dey need to pay the money or Just have it in their account? And if they are to pay @ what point would dey pay them back the money? What if Dokpesi is Later found "not guilt" (assumption) would d money be paid back to the sureties? |

This is where the test of loyalty starts. All the people shouting 'sai high chief', we'd see which one of them will raise up their hands to be guarantor for their high chief. I just dey try picture the answers those people will start giving when asked to be guarantor, considering this is buhari's regime and xmas is just few days away |

Eseries: Hmmmmmmm OK na Transfer N200m to a surety? If you are a civil servant, either serving or retired, will you come forward to say you have that kind of money? It is a trap my friend. If you didn't know, know it now. If, however, you still chose to take the risk, don't wail witch hunting when EFCC pay you a visit. 3 Likes |

Re: Raymond Dokpesi Granted Bail. by bensine: 4:19pm On Dec 14, 2015 |
Nice one though, bt on the contrary, its a cheap bail condition cos all the Dokpesi family/AIT crew got to do is to simple get the money from their own treasury and give to the sureties, while the sureties wl pretend like the money is coming from their own pocket and simply bail the man out. Even self, they Dokpesi's wl evn add compasation to the sureties just to arouse their interest to undertake the task. So I wl nt be surprise if Dokpesi is out in the nxt 24hrs...so to me, this condition is nt strict enough for a man in possesion of N2.1bn |
Re: Raymond Dokpesi Granted Bail. by Rajosh(m): 4:19pm On Dec 14, 2015 |
who says the sureties must be the owner of the 200mil each? Anybody can be a surety provided he/she meets the conditions. Dokpesi will pay from the money given to him. |

Biggest danger looming in this cointry. From records, this is the highest bail demand by any trial Justice in money laundering, a clear case of the north and Buhari against the south south. Am waithing any Nigerian who have come across this kind of bail request. Foolish south south people. Very shortly all of them will run to lagos and other states in th west for end of year church services. Am asking you if you are from the south south whether it is an offence for those in the west tp come over to the south south for similar activities. Am very sure there are big churches for them to run here too. All the head quarters of all big companies are located out of the south south yet the monies are made from the south. All banks, just name them, are only having the substandard or branch offices in the south south. Just three days aga Timpre Sylver almost divided the vote becauae of Buhari. Ask any northener governor or any northener he/she will try that in Kano, Sokoto etc. Fools. |

This is really good. N400m for bail, plus legal fees during trial. I guess he is going to go bankrupt. I pity AIT staff. They should start looking for another job. On the other hand, this man should be sacked as Chairman of DAAR communication by Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). DAAR communication is a public limited company that NEVER pays any dividend and I have never seen their financials at all. |
