This is where the test of loyalty starts. All the people shouting 'sai high chief', we'd see which one of them will raise up their hands to be guarantor for their high chief. I just dey try picture the answers those people will start giving when asked to be guarantor, considering this is buhari's regime and xmas is just few days away cheesy grin

Now let me educate you this retarded monkey

Some of the money embezzled was sourced from the excess crude account that could have helped recruit good quality teachers which in turn would have translated to hopefully a better education for you slowpoke

People from your region should be the most aggreived since you are being bleeped from all angles. Money meant to develop your region gets embezzled, your leaders employ you guys to kill yourselves so they can stay in power and to now add insult to already battered injury, the looted funds that your region largely contributed to was being shared without any disrimination along ethnic or religious lines

Just take a noose and end your worthless life already
From this your post, it is clear that both Buhari and yourself are carrying with you the same and exact brain of the typical Yoruba community goat. When Amaechi lifted the rivers budget and hand it over to that your Fulani doncky (Buhari) for election campaign, why is the dunce Buhari not sending Amaechi to efcc. All you contribute to the Nigerians economy is to send out destitudes, abandoned and usless hausas to every part of the country to beg, while both of you and flat chest like dried plantain leave and smallest neck call Buhari is enjoying the contribution from the south south. Worthless people.

Nice one though, bt on the contrary, its a cheap bail condition cos all the Dokpesi family/AIT crew got to do is to simple get the money from their own treasury and give to the sureties, while the sureties wl pretend like the money is coming from their own pocket and simply bail the man out. Even self, they Dokpesi's wl evn add compasation to the sureties just to arouse their interest to undertake the task. So I wl nt be surprise if Dokpesi is out in the nxt 24hrs...so to me, this condition is nt strict enough for a man in possesion of N2.1bn
Stingy DOKPESI that didn't have the common sense to beg Jona to direct Dasuki to route the money through PDP Campaign Headquarters because he did not want to roger the hawk FFK,hmmmm.Na lie,AIT family no benefit any kobo from am so how dem go take help am?.He chop alone,he go 'die' alone.

in short high chief dokpesi has been put to jail pending an impossible civil servant coming to bail him with 200million. even some one on rank 17 or 18 of the civil service with that amt in his account will never come cos of fear.
Its a tactical move,i dont see any civil servant who will come out to tell Nigerians he has 200million in his account

Can you imagine the kind of judiciary that we have in this country? Imagine someone with monumental fraud been granted bail just that chicken change.

Dokpesi, Dasuki and their likes should be publicly executed.

We need Chinese system of public execution for fraudulent government official pen robbers.
You don't get it,its going to be very difficult to find civil servant with 200 million in his account,Dokpesi will rot in detention

I thought bail is free in Nigeria or is this bail different from police bail. Somebody in the know pls.

It depends on the severity of the offense. Bail Bond is just assurance that you will show up for all the court proceedings otherwise your guarantors have to forfeit collateral put up to secure your release. Bail Bond is required when the individual is a Danger to society and/or Flight Risk. A flight risk is someone that has been charged to court and will/might have the incentive to flee before conclusion of the case typically because of its severity of and the probable sentence it carries.

Nigeria's Judges are either ineffective, undertrained, or compromised thus the leniency being shown a man that was involved in acts that almost destroyed not only Nigeria, but also the West African sub-region. Even though I don't know the whole facts of the case, If I was the Judge, I'd have denied bail because I believe Mr. Dokpesi is a flight risk and might even be considered a danger to society considering the damage to lives and property his irresponsible actions of spreading lies and propaganda caused the nation because of his media outfit.

Mr. Kolawole also said Mr. Dokpesi should not be rearrested for questioning for over eight and a half hours any time the EFCC plans to continue with the investigation.
“It should be no more than 10am to 6pm, any day,” the judge directed.

Does this statement mean Dokpesi may not enjoy his bail if the conditions are met for than eight and half hours after which he can be rearrested?

that amount is too small because all the surety is expected to pay is just 10% of the total amount .

So you think someone who allegedly stole #2.1Billion cannot close eye transfer #200M to a Director levelled Civil servant especially retired with a promise to pocket #5M after the deal, and must also have a partner in crime who will pose as the ''private investor'' free of charge. Before Wednesday Dokpesi might have met this bail conditions. Do you imagine Chief Dokpesi like Kuje Prison more then his palatial mansion? His only regret will be siezing his international passport, though very soon his lawyer will make a case for his international passport to be released that he's sick and needs to go abroad for treatment. The DSP Depreye Alamesiegha UK option cannot be overlooked in all those implicated in this Arms Deal Scandal.
