i dont support human rights being trampled upon. But these lawyers are part of the proble. When your clients steals billions for your countries development and you close your eye to it just cos of the commission you will get.

someone steal 5k-15k and he gets life in prision or death penalty.. money thats below minimum wage..

someeone steal 15Billion.... that is allocation for 3-5 states. Based on earlier scale. The death penalty would be too easy for that fellow.

Its high time we nigerians need to put fear in the heart of the politicans, so they stop stealing..

If a politican can steal 15billion without the fear of God(cos punishment is not immediate) he should fear his own people.

If he was granted bail, then it is absolutely wrong for agents of the state to whisk him away forcefully. If the man stole public funds he must be prosecuted. What I would not support is when human rights start being trampled upon. Some people are happy cos they feel he stole therefore h should be treated anyhow. Our security agents should not be allowed to start feeling above the law, the law should guide every strata of the society. If people's rights are trampled upon in a dictatorial manner, they will start revolting

Those ones screaming;

'This is madness,

'This is Nigeria,

Is abusing public trust not madness?

Is resisting arrest not madness?

Thus, shouldn't madness be met with madness??

I don't pity any top Government official facing arrest or prosecution because they sure as hell didn't and still don't give a damn about the good of Nigerians.

..And if they had discharged their duties appropriately, their names won't draw public attention except for positive reasons.

But why don't they render their years of service in transparency so that they would maintain their dignity, honor and self respect and esteem? They rather will make billions and be humiliated at the end.

You need a warrant to arrest someone.

How else would you treat a robber? Have you seen the pictures of children at the IDP camp? Those that should have been protected by the money that is being shared? Some of those that died only needed N5000 to stay alive. How many people spoke up for their rights? The political thieves are no better than murderers and should be treated as such.

Truly my oga, this sort of madness where criminals who have even confessed to their crime still get support from their victims is very shocking.
Abi ooo Thank God for giving us PMB to fight corruption to stand still.

.....as in if were to be just an ordinary mobile phone thief, and he resist arrest from the police. I wonder what will happen to him from the police.

Sentiments apart, it would have been honourable ok for the man to have just follow the security agents into the bus instead of him been dragged and embarrassed publicly.

This has got to be the funniest video of 2015 Nigerian politics. In 2014, it was chei there is God oooo, in 2015, it is 'Im not going anywhere'...
Nigerian police and SSS have a special training in grappling stubborn people by the waist. Once their hand is fully tucked in your waist, you know your centre of gravity is in their hands. The rest is just a matter of pull and drag.
Oga Nimasa, I no pity you at all. When you were swallowing billions, you no remember Nigerians.
Sai baba jor! More criminals will be handled like this or worse.
IN case you have forgotten, this new EFCC chairman no dey smile. He is a terror to thieves and looters.
you one funny mutherfuucckker!

Let me get this straight, you are saying that if a criminal does something stupid, the law should also follow suit with something equally stupid?
