Dasuki apparently spent a large part of the money not buying arms but laundered it to prosecute political campaign for the party in power and got some for himself also that was unofficial. That's the problem.

Most of the people commenting on this topic are just silly naive people who have no clue. Twitter is full of them. All former heads of state are entitled to personal security from the DSS and Police,and also SUVs. Buharis SUV was destroyed by Boko haram thus the Federal government had to provide him with a new one.
