Even if he goes to WORLD COURT in Kuwait he will lose because of stolen mandates he is enjoying now to look for sympathy votes during rerun. When PDP and him was using federal power to control state security under Mbu instead of the then state governor now Hon. Akanda Madarikan Okikiola Omoluabi Omolere Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi he taught the history is forgotten. I will advise him to take it easy because the kingdom of God is at hand

This wike guy must be thoroughly investigated by the EFCC. It is obvious the guy and his cohorts must have stolen so much by the time he eventually losses at the supreme.

He is buying time to steal with the appeals.

I think our politicians are so heartless with All d atrocities committed by d PDP he still has d audacity to say he won freely. Maybe violence is a form of free and fair election in his dictionary. After supreme court let him face d rerun and let d better candidate win......oh sorry popular candidate cos most times d better candidates don't win.

Wike thought that renaming Port Harcourt Stadium to Yakubu Gowon Stadium will help him to appeal to the North that he is not pro Biafra.
He has even forgotten that if Amaechi plays along with the growing pro Biafra sentiment his candidate Peterside will win a re-election.

I will say it is a win win case for him. Because Rivers state is for PDP any day just like Lagos will be for APC any day.
then he should stop wasting time, he should go to polls and win, nothing to gain from prolonging the election.

Ekitigate: You can’t escape Justice, APC tells Fayose
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State has
responded to Governor Ayodele Fayose’s allegations in his
press conference in Lagos purporting that APC was
planning to illegally use the Supreme Court to upturn his
mandate in favour of the party.
The party accused the governor of blackmail, saying his
fraudulent and pre-emptive tactics will not stop justice
from taking its course in the resolution of the biggest
electoral fraud in the history of Nigeria.
Publicity Secretary of APC, Taiwo Olatunbosun, said in a
statement that Fayose’s alleged fraudulent attempt to draw
the support of the international community to poll fraud
was an impish attempt to legitimise fraud, stressing that
the same international community had since realized that
world leaders were also victims of Fayose and Peoples
Democratic Party’s (PDP’s) fraud by misleading them in
Fayose’s electoral victory in Ekiti State.
“Even though the international community declared that
Ekiti poll that produced Fayose was fair, the same world
leaders have since changed their position after listening to
Ekiti poll fraud tape as secretly recorded by Captain Sagir
Koli detailing how Fayose and PDP leaders rigged the
election, including Fayose himself talking in the tape on
how he collected INEC soft copies and got them printed to
win the election,” Olatunbosun explained.
He added that the governor was running away from his
shadow after failed bids to beg President Muhammadu
Buhari who he abuses daily.
“Why did Fayose try to pressurize members of the Military
Panel to rescue him? After his emissaries returned empty-
handed in their failed bids to achieve their aims, Fayose
has now resorted to blackmail, accusing the President of
trying to destroy democracy and we wonder who among
him and the President is the enemy of democracy.
“This is the man that sacked the court and beat up a judge.
This is a man that used seven members to impeach a
Speaker and closed the House of Assembly against 19
members of the Assembly for six months. This is a man
that ran all opposition politicians out of town during
elections and launched relentless attacks on opposition
candidates during election,” Olatunbosun said.
He said Fayose should explain to Nigerians and the
international community what he meant in the Ekiti poll
fraud tape where he said he collected INEC soft copies that
he printed to win his election.
He said: “Besides declaring in the tape that he collected
INEC soft copies that he printed, Fayose also said in the
tape that a collation was done days before the election in
Efon-Alaye and we want to ask whether Efon-Alaye was the
collation centre for Ekiti governorship election and
whether it is not a fraud to collate the result of an election
that had not been held.
“If a criminal case that is taken to court and the court
assumes jurisdiction to try that criminal case is what
Fayose would call illegality and destruction of democracy,
is it printing INEC soft copies and collation of results days
to the election that is legal and a boost to the practice of
democracy in Nigeria?”
The party said no amount of crocodile tears shed from one
television house to the other and blackmail of the ruling
party would make him escape justice in the resolution of
Ekiti State election fraud.

Wrong move honestly.
Whoever is close to Wike should give him this sound advice:
Go for the re-run in 90days because d pendulum is still slightly in your favor:there is a sense of persecution of PDP party men, a sense of APC wanting to grab the oil rich states by all means which has been reenforced by the Bayelsa imbroglio and the sacking of all 3 senators and almost all HOS members in Rivers.Genuinely therefore there will be that sense of some people wanting to conserve Wike's seat, even if he is seen to be a misfit.
If he goes to the Supreme Court,he risks going into the election having lost the state assembly, likely majority of hos seats and at least 1 or 2 Senate seats to the APC.
By then Wike wud be a seating duck and seeing defeat staring at him with the combined new force of APC,amaechi and d FG,any other influential supporter of his wud either have decamped to APC or gone negotiating with the party to throw Wike to the dogs. In 90 days these factors maynot be so obvious, after 90 with all reruns concluded, Wike wud be easy prey.
Meanwhile heading to the supreme court is useless, the verdict was long concluded in the combined forces of evidence presented by all parties to the suit, against Wike.
Wike, a word is enough, even for the unwise.

grin those SANs are business men so you don't want them to chop cheesy

Isn't it surprising that while you guys are so sure of Wike winning a rerun, he isn't sure of that himself? This was the same reason why he rigged the first election... He doesn't believe you guys can vote him to power legitimately.

For legislative matters, cases end in the Appeal Court, but on those executive matters, the Supreme Court is the final court.

Today's judgement by the court of appeals confirms that there was no election in rivers. What baffles me is why is Wike scared of a rerun if he claims that his people love him. At least we see the mamoth crowd that greets him on the street of rivers when he is inspecting projects, maybe those crowd were paid to sing his praises. One thing is certain, PDP will not find it easy in that rerun.
