I saw a big black hurricane destroying houses and shops, everything at its wake. I was walking along a street and the hurricane came again, everybody was running including me, den I hid my self inside a shop. The hurricane passed and I wasn't hurt but the roof of the shop was gone.
Suddenly I found myself in a desolate place, it was dark and I could see the hurricane on a mountain top, the cloud was as if it was about to rain then I saw a figure (don't know if to call it an angel or not) it was tall and huge and dark I think he had a sword can't remember now, I couldn't see is face cos it was taller Dan the cloud. I felt cold and I bowed my self in fear. Then he said something, he said "do u know u can command that hurricane to stop?" and I said something like "if u say so" I woke up shivering.

I don't know of cases in d new testament to support this though.

I agree with you God can use the spirit of his servants as he deems necessary but I believe this 'usage' is within the confinement of his will, person and divine attributes. The Lord used the spirit of Ezekiel as you have rightly pointed out sir. He took him to the valley of dry bones... But concerning this warfare of a thing, smiles... I am not sure. That doesn't mean I am hell bent on saying that is absolutely impossible.

As I have said ab initio in my earlier post, we know in part and prophesy in part. Biblically, I don't have proofs on them be used as warfare agents but I can't still discard the possibility.

I believe you are being awakened to your spiritual authority in Christ. Don't let any negative situation / factor prevail in your life. Watch out for what comes your way any moment from now. I also do not have a concrete scriptural backing on it so i can't say much about it.

There was dis standing fan we had in our room wen I was about 8yrs old. The fan always attacked me in my dreams, beating me chasing me, some tyms injecting me with sumtin. It felt painful. The fan will grow hands and legs in my dreams and torment me . I won't be able to scream Jesus name in my dreams, I'll scream but words won't come out, I'll run and I feel were I was running to grew further from. Me This happened for 3years. I didn't know ow to pray effectively then and I was shy to talk to anyone about it. After 3 years I had a dream, d fan was standing at a corner of d road, waiting for me as usual, but as I saw it in front of me, I sneaked past it and ran, and it felt like av defeated it. After dat dream it still appeared ones a while.
One day I had dis dream it felt real, I was in my house all alone, it felt like midnight but this time Dere was something different form the usual dreams I had, Dere was light. d fan was standing at its usual position in the sitting room, and I went to confront it, it came to life with is big stick Dere right away and I fought with it, wrestled with it for a while and den it just disappeared. I den decided to go to my room to sleep. As I entered my room, I discovered that d fan was hiding inside d cupboard (probably waiting for me to sleep) so I wrestled with it, overcame it and locked it inside dat cupboard. I woke up feeling stressed. But I give God d glory cos after that it never appeared to me again.

In Ezekiel's case, both the dry bones and the temple were visions. The Temple had an element of time travel as the temple was nonexistent by when he saw the vision.

Methinks God revealing to you stuff happening elsewhere as with Elisha and Gehazi is very possible and has scriptural backing, but moving your spirit and making you participate in physical events elsewhere is a whole new ballgame. Philip was not moved spiritually, his whole being was transported to Azotus so this example will not count.

Joseph had a dream involving his siblings but the dream was for a yet future time so it had no literalism

OK. first that is NOT A DREAM FROM GOD. You ought to have rebuked the personality and reject the evil intimidation/invitation by the dark power.
1. hurricane: famine, hunger crunch, businesses lost
2. note that it was affecting shops (symbols of business spiritually)
3. dark personality that put in fear into ur mind ( that's a demon) ....for God has not given us the spirit of fear but power, love and sound mind. servants of God ALWAYS SAY PEACE BE STILL IF THE PERSON THEY R SENT TO IS SCARED.
4. the demon IN UR DREAM said something similar to what the devil told eve in the garden... like suggesting to eve....DO YOU KNOW IF YOU EAT FROM THE TREE, YOU SHALL BE LIKE GOD?.
5. the draught/ famine was about to end wen the demon was suggestting something to you... (rain was about to fall) rain symbolizes refreshing, relif, blessings....
6. you woke up in fear......fear is the primary weapon of the devil.

I wish to invite us to discuss the agency of human spirits in deliverance. Are they a genuine experience or demonic?
Without naming names, I have heard of ministries with notoriety of testimonies of many of how their MoG appeared to them in their dream and delivered them from sicknesses, oppression and so forth.

There is a story I have heard of an evangelist/missionary who came to Africa who fell into trouble and was almost dying. In a trance he saw 7 men come and deliver him. When he went back home, his church members told him how one day one of them had a burden for him and he led 6 others into some passionate prayers for him. The missionary enquired when this was and the date was exactly when he was in trouble. Moral of the story I think is to excite us into untercessory and that God can and does use human spirits as tools of deliverance.

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us. 10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them

This verse among others is frequently quoted to support this belief.

There was a time I had a dream about my spiritual authority. In those days I used to compile mp3 music and share them for free.

In the dream I had visited his house and we were listening to one of the MP3 cd in his stereo. He began to take me through the church financial statements and he was sad. There were huge funding deficits. I recall the financials were drafted in pencil. I comforted him and assured him we (with emphasis on myself) would take care of it.

In reality the church has a mortgage loan and the loan has been a thorn in the flesh; it gobbles most of the collections and we have fallen behind severally.

This is the closest I have interacted with a minister in a dream. Am wondering whether God indeed uses men IN DREAMS to procure deliverance. Please note, I don't mean dreams which signify deliverance like for instance dreaming praying for somebody and then waking up to pray, I mean ACTUAL miracles wrought through dreams.

In my opinion am not sure the Holy Spirit will engaged us in anything beyond physical manifestation. Me think that's why we speak in tongues: the spirit need to make intercessions for someone afar off, while we are in our prayer session we may not even know that we are praying for someone in India, in which ordinarily on our own we cant utter such prayer.

Although some have seen beyond ordinary level

I believe believers could be transported both in the Spirit and even literally (in the physical as it was the case of Philip in the new testament) for a divine mission or revelation as adjudged necessary by God. Concerning using them to wage war, I haven't experienced such and don't see any scriptural backup for that phenomenon.


Well, there are certain issues we can't just finalize based on our own experiences. There are certain spiritual stuffs that happen and we are just left in awe... That doesn't mean we accept every spiritual experiences hook line and sinker without ensuring they align with the Word. The Word of God is the standard via which we make sound judgement and discern things that are of God. Apart from this, the Spirit of God is also available to make us KNOW and DISCERN what is of God... The Spirit and the Word are ONE.

Biblically, I don't have proofs to back up claims that the Spirit of God's servant can be transported to wage war on behalf of others. No, I don't. Nevertheless, we know in part and we prophesy in part. If anyone has a genuine experience along this line, let them share with us o. I don't want to make my conclusions now.

@everybody : I want to ask a question about wet dreams. Is it all wet dreams that is associated with a demonic undertone?

Now let me explain myself better... For males, there is a buildup of the seed (s*emen) in the body and this is released sometimes when they sleep. Some people belief this is just a biological activity / phenomenon. My issue is that this doesn't just happen sometimes without some scenes of profanity, nudity and the likes in the dream. Are we (brothers) just suppose to take it like that. There are some dreams which I know are just abnormal (intercourse in the dream and the likes). Is it that there is a thin line between these two issues or all dreams that causes the male specie to release their seeds are plain demonic?

Secondly, there are times dreams are mixed up with some profane scenes. Get me right. A situation whereby one is already having a dream that 'really makes sense' and in that same dream, an unpalatable scene (nude scenes) just comes up. Are we to just discard the entire dream or pick up the aspects that we really think contains a message?

Hmmmm... I don't know if I have been able to express myself well.

Yes, we are some how very close and she is usually open to me ,but she has a boyfriend! though i sense that she has feelings for me and i am no different ! sounds funny!! but sincerely i respect the fact that she is with a guy.But i haven't told u guys something very important! and i didn't tell her as well !.I had the same dream i think 3 months ago,but i did kiss her! and then i turned my back away from her ,sorry i can't vividly explain the dream scene very well but i did kiss her.Even after telling me about her dream this aftetnoon,i couldn't tell her mine.

I quit agree with this part, there is some sort of lust going on in this case, maybe from the lady's part, she can be in a state of fantasy thinking about the guy before she sleep in this case to cause the dream. the being she is interacting with may not talk so as to concealed his identity.

@everybody : I want to ask a question about wet dreams. Is it all wet dreams that is associated with a demonic undertone?

Now let me explain myself better... For males, there is a buildup of the seed (s*emen) in the body and this is released sometimes when they sleep. Some people belief this is just a biological activity / phenomenon. My issue is that this doesn't just happen sometimes without some scenes of profanity, nudity and the likes in the dream. Are we (brothers) just suppose to take it like that. There are some dreams which I know are just abnormal (intercourse in the dream and the likes). Is it that there is a thin line between these two issues or all dreams that causes the male specie to release their seeds are plain demonic?

Secondly, there are times dreams are mixed up with some profane scenes. Get me right. A situation whereby one is already having a dream that 'really makes sense' and in that same dream, an unpalatable scene (nude scenes) just comes up. Are we to just discard the entire dream or pick up the aspects that we really think contains a message?

Hmmmm... I don't know if I have been able to express myself well.

This is my understanding
As a born again, you are a child of God in and out of dreamland. For this, dream activities should be governed by the same principles that govern your waking life. For this, there is something detestable about dreaming drinking human blood or gouging out eyes and frying them with garlic, or say sodomizing people.

While the scientific community has accepted wet dreams as a normal biological process and probably healthy, I regard sex in the dream and out of marriage as sin.

It is also commonly understood that preoccupation with sex, lust and porn all increase the frequency and the intensity of these dreams. This means we are not totally helpless against the content of our dreams. For this I don't think Christians should accept wet dreams as natural.

There is this vast topic that exists in deliverance circles and this is d issue of spiritual spouse(husband or wife). i will want more light to b shared on this Biblically. Whoever has done some research on dis should pls help throw more light on it.
