That is how GEJ administration would have slaughtered innocent soldiers for nothing, knowing fully well that all monies for arms were diverted to private pockets leaving the soldiers defenceless and demoralized!

Yet some sycophants will still call GEJ a hero! Smh. That sorry excuse for a human being. Shame on the clueless moronic GEJ

Soldiers protested that they were poorly armed wereas jonathan and dasuki looted the money meanrnt for arms purchase and now, the soldiers are paying for it.

It won't be well with jonathan and dasuki

GEJ, Dasuki and all those that diverted funds to equip the army are supposed to receive the death sentence.

These soldiers should be released unconditionally.

Thunder fire your yansh, if them kill them na you go be the first person to shout dictatorship... Typical factory fitted brain wailer...
Why would I shout dictatorship? The military have their code of conduct. The military tribunal, not the COAS or Buhari, passed the sentence. The sentence didn't affect any civilian. So I wonder why you would presume I'd shout dictatorship. I don't get it.

Purely political. The punishment for mutiny is death going by the military laws. It's a pity that we've succeeded in politicising the military.

If any of your friend or class mate is among them you will be clapping and jubilating for their death. SMH

If you are a soldier and them give you an AK47 with one round and the enemy has AA GUNS and MD guns.

What will you do undecided

And the money use to equip the military is being distributed on FOOLISH things.

We talk about him because of his cluelessness, uselessness, incompetence, immorality and especially because he is the one who put us in the deep shit we are in today. So NO, we wont leave him. GEJ MUST be punished for the evil legacy he left behinde and for the soldiers he willfully sentenced to death, knowing fully well it was his actions that led to their reaction

If I were a soldier, I'll be very professional. I can never mutiny against the military command. That's unprofessional and a treasonable offence. What I'd do is simply to resign, become a civilian, and then maybe go to press or an appropriate NGO to expose the corruption in the military command.

E no go better for the past dministration i swear, the thunder and cancer that will visit this people is still on rehearsal.
When this guys are complaining of inadequat and insufficient arms and ammo some rogues in this forum are calling them cowards. Now Dasuki n co who have sucessfully diverted the monies meant for Arms are chilling. If PMB n the law court allow this people go free i will be disappointed in them. They would have given this guys public execution if GEJ n minimah are still @ the top now the will spend ten years in jail for refusing to die.

You guys are punishing yourselves every time you wail against Jonathan. He's a hero of democracy, there's nothing you can do about that.

Is this idle poster aware that the conviction was more on refusing to go die in the hands of boko haram the government is presently charging those who stole the money for arms are being arrested daily while charging to court too is not left behind .
Just hoping all those who stole the funds approved to buy arms and ammunition but fail to do so also get properly punished as those soldiers .All of them from Jonathan to the least in that group no amount of pleadings will do.

They were tried, found guilty and sentenced...now our all gracious buruntashi abi na burutai is expecting nigerians to give him applause for bn compassionate and forgeting dat he just ordered an immediate death sentence for unarmed protesters dat blocked his convoy some days ago. Since he is trying to make us believe he have a conscience n is capable of having a second thought by showing pity to his fellow guilty soldiers, I now ask where was his conscience or spirit of compassion and second thought when he ordered his men to massacre those unarmed protesters. To all of u commending dat beast dat calls himself COAS I think wat u should be doing now is campaigning against military brutality to unarmed civilians. I am not a shiite neither am I a muslim buh with dis lawlessnes and barbarism of NA unchecked, untill then no 1 will ever be safe. My opinion is dat burutai or weteva he is called still have genocide case to answer and not for us to b turning him to a celebrity on nairaland......#saynotomilitarybrutality

The military leadership that embezzled the money meant for the war is guilty but so is the soldiers that mutinied.

So those innocent souls who refused to fight because they had no guns to face BH should be made to die like thieves. Because one man refused to buy ammunition for them and decided to become a father Xmas sharing arms money for PDP members.
If your brother was one of them, I wonder if u would still make the same statement.
Ordinarily those boys should be reinstated and paid all allowances, but because the military still want to preserve their integrity.
Anyways, one day, justice will be done.

Mutiny is Mutiny bro, whatever caused the Mutiny is secondary. I believe there are other ways the soldiers could have passed across their grievances without resorting to Mutiny and attempted murder.

They should be discharged and acquitted as it is now clear that they have been vindicated by recent revelations how funds for arms to fight BH were embezzled by politicians
