The band is a hair band so get it from children's store. Tulle is available easily, I used 2 yards. But I think the easiest tutu to make is the one with elastic band, not hair band. Max 2 hours to do the elastic one and you can sew a bow on it.

A 6month old can eat adult food including EBA. He can digest it well. @ Mgeey, its OK to gv fufu and EBA. Just try to vary it wt oda meals as suggested here whilst still giving him formulae.

I was using rising powder b4 it stoped d rashes on her neck wich my neighbours said was "alefo",it cleared it, used it on her face tooo, bt dis face rashes just dosent wasn't 2 go. N bcoz of harmatan, I av stopped rubbing powder on her,
