Info like:
Cost wood
Quantity/cost of stone tile or
Quantity/cost of long span


If you have done similar work or you're into roofing I will appreciate your input. The building is expected to have parapet

This change in the FX market hasn't really dealt a big blow to the construction industry YET and I'm surprised. In fact the price of Iron has dropped.. And of course cement.. Other material prices stay same. Maybe there's something about the economy I don't understand.

But its like sitting on a keg of gunpowder. I just feel these prices can skyrocket anytime.

A ton of iron depends on the size you want. Generally between 97,000 to 115,000

Immediately I called the person I suspected and was told he went for a funeral. I called him at the burial and told him that if he doesnt want to keep visiting burial ground every week then I dont want to see that his cheap juju for my site by tomorrow...cos jeje loomo Kogi mi nlo o....

To be honest this red cloth, cowry and oil one wasnt from Brabus o...although Brabus told me he brought a "prayer stone" to my site when he was handling my project and after his contract ended I told him I wont be needing that his stone on my site anymore.
