Most of the customers on queue are doing basic banking task that can be done using the banks e-channels platform. Nigerians should embrace technology.

This is sad and it's not limited to first bank alone ,majority of the banks are just as bad.what's happening to our banks now?

What I do not understand is why Nigerian banks love customer to stress themselves transacting business within their premises.

There will be more than 12 or 13 tellers. why can't they just open all of it... how can 3 or 4 staff attend to all these customers

GTB branches are always like that. I was there this morning and people were sitting on the floor all over the banking hall and on the staircase. I almost cursed the day I misplaced my MasterCard, thats what carried me to the bank. I carry out my transactions online, I don't have any business queuing in banking halls.

i hate first bank with passion. GTB for life.
GTB is worse than First Bank in terms of queue. Go to Awolowo Branch in Ibadan for example, you will know better.

I can't bank with First Bank...
Pensioners' Bank...

At this point in time, you refer to first bank as pensioner's bank? do you think its a joke that a financila institution is over a hundred years old and the most preffered by foreign organizations!? The fact that a branch of FBn is over crowded is not that they dont have good service but that they have the largest customer base in the country :Need you wonder why ?

Theres no services or product that the bank does not have, this bank once served as the Cbn of Nigeria go investigate.Give respect and kudos to whom deserve it and stop stating what you have no idea on.

DO THE PEOPLE YOU SEE QUEUING LOOK LIKE PENSIONERS?First bank is the only bank in nigeria that i respect and mind you ......All International organizations especially those who wish to invest in Nigeria have Fbn as one of their preffered banks in Nigeria infact some insist on Fbn

I DONT WORK THERE

when it comes to Ebanking ,GTB is the best but when it comes to finacial services ,am not reffering to withdrawal or deposit am talking finance here;investment et all, FBN is the best

First Bank wahala don too much! And they won't provide customers with pews to sit down. Once I was broken down standing for very long time that I met the manager over the matter. After hearing her rubbish, I asked her if it won't be better if she and her staff also got rid of their seats... I have ever since become weary of that Last bank!

I totally get you. My mum has treasury bills with them and she gets a decent interest every 3 months, if i want to fix money at any time in the future, they will be my bank of choice. I hear thay their shares are also doing well.

Life has already been made easy by these banks I don't know why we refuse to accept developmental changes.

In the era of atm cards, pos, internet banking folks still enter the banking hall. I can't remember thd last time I set foot into a bank.
