MaureenSylvia, there is what is called Secondary smoking o. As long as you inhale that stuff, you are also smokng it and remember the baby too.

Tell your husband about it. Or man up and tell the guy if he ever smokes in the house again, he's never coming in. Let him know that you know he smokes igbo and explain how your baby could be at risk. And use your body languag to tell him too.

U can use cotton wool dipped in olive oil to clean ur tips daily

Good morning, u can also check out sterling at king jaja, used them when I had my twin in 2013, though a little expensive but it's private n I was satisfied with their services, ante natal is on Mondays 5pm n Saturday' 10am,u choose any of the day that suits u, though many pple choose Monday Cos the owner who is a gynecologist attend to all pregnant woman by himself but Saturdays can be for any doctor

@chili89, it's normal. I feel the same way sometimes too. Some days d pain disappears, especially when I stay home all day/days without putting on bra. Don't be worried okay, ur Lo is perfectly fine.
