I will do it for you. Note: Naira/Dollar exchange rate today is 395naira. Meaning the $100 = 39,500naira + 3000naira service charge, total cost is 42,500naira. if u are interested, let me know

To me payoneer is better.
You can use it to pay for goods and services in most websites both foreign and local.
You can also use it to pay for Facebook ads
