What can I say now that I haven't said before, is it the inherent fraud in this govt or their incompetence ![]() This is beyond embarrassment but I wont be surprised if the executive and her allies in NASS come for Saraki head on this doctored budget. I'm beginning to feel sorry for Buhari cos he's not prepared for governance and with his economic team whither hope for us to get out of the wood soon. ![]() |

Any action that deliberately averts due process is corruption. In submission of presidential aspiration form to INEC, certificate was not attached....no due process; In trying to rectify the situation, instead of writing to WAEC for Certified True Copy, a local kparakpo school was approached for an OLUWOLE result....no due process; In declarng political and ethnic enemies guilty....no due process; In compensating politicians indicted by competent judiciary panel of enquiries .....no due process; Serial disregard to court rulings....no due process; Card reader not constitutional in Lagos guber elections but 'constitutional' in Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Abia.....no due process; Spending N222B on subsidy without NASS approval....no due process; Declaring Boko Haram TECHNICALLY DEFEATED..? SUBSTITUTION OF 1ST NATIONAL BUDGET.....through backdoor like a student who secretly changes his answer script after exams....no due process. HOW CAN I EVER BELIEVE THEM AGAIN? 2 Likes |

OgbeifunErom: The will have to go with the original papers presented by the president since they have announced that already. Those ministers are learners. They can not comprehend the evil in federal civil service. It is beyond them. My advice to Mr. president is to check wherever the budgett is padded and sack the benefiacry MD of the parastatal or the perm sec of the ministry in question. They are the ones who pad budget on behalf of the senators and reps. he should equally find a way to monitor spendings closely, alot of those monies will eventually be laundered. This is very difficult to do I must say. Civil servants are masters of the game. 1 Like |

Go and find out from Saraki , Ekwy and Dino Melaye. It was reported that Dino came in a big Babaringa and he most likely stole the original budget. How come Saraki did not distribute the Budget before he left for xmas break? Dogara @ HOA could locate all their copies, but the corrupt Saraki, ekeweremadu and Dino in the senate have lost theirs Continue with your wailing. Again, are you from south east? Most people from that part of the country seems to have opinion similar to yours and it reflects in their voting pattern. Therefore, they must look for every avenue to run down this Govt with their lies. But I've got news for you and other wailers, such efforts is DOA. You did worst. than this, yet you lost the last election (even if you want to pretend or lie about it). great664: |

Saraki has acted foolishly this time. Blackmail will only lead to his downfall. They claim the documents are different yet they cannot tell us the difference. How come the House of Reps has no problem with said budget? The same kindergarten technique he used to clinch the senate presidency is at work. When will Saraki learn? I think the CCT has given this Saraki too much free time. |

help3852: so kickback is not corruption ![]() A kickback is a form of negotiated bribery in which a commission is paid to the bribe-taker as a quid pro quo for services rendered. Generally speaking, the remuneration (money, goods, or services handed over) is negotiated ahead of time. Simple Definition of kickback an amount of money that is given to someone in return for providing help in a secret and dishonest business deal |

I knew it! I knew it won't be long before you reveal your true colour. Abuse and insults are your likes (from south east) stock in trade. You supported Buhari to fight corruption including the one case of Saraki at the CCT? But the same Saraki is whom you are taking his words as gospel truth now. Does that say something about you? Is it not obvious that Saraki is already compromised and he has scores to settle - Corruption fighting back? Waste of time, but your lies will not go unchallenged. Was I wrong in my observation? Take a census of people with similar views like yours on this forum alone. Are they not mostly from south east? This is statistics. A simple count, nothing complex. Am I wrong in my observation? Mtchew.. The Zombie here is yourself, who despite all the pointers chose to believe and spread lies from a thief like Saraki, Ekweremadu and Dino. great664: |

deji15: Are they not all APC ? Saraki didn't ask Buhari or the executive to produce two Budget , and u see no reason why you should complain of saraki rejection of two Budget? He said two Budget was submitted what is left for Buhari and his cabinet to question saraki about two Budget if truly he submitted one? But he , Garba and Lai are quiet meaning truthfully tht two Budget were submitted which is wrong.... I always maintain to be Discordant with Respect but you and your likes always argue with insult and abuse, anyway I don't blame you and your likes , I suffer to read to obtain above 180 for JAMB to gain admission but you and other Almajiri's only need below 100 to gain admission. Now, you have resorted to insulting your dad. Very typical! Parents Caught Writing Exam For Their Kids In Delta foluso September 13, 2015 A 66-year-old retired federal civil servant, Fredrick Omorieve and his wife, Evelyn Omorieve, have been arrested by the police in Asaba, Delta State, for allegedly sitting examinations for two of their children. The couple were arrested by officers of the Delta State Police Command, who had been working on a tip-off over the Omorieves’ alleged involvement in examination malpractice. Our correspondent learnt that the couple were sitting for an examination in one of the “miracle centres” operating in Edo State for their two children, (a male and female) when they were arrested by plain-clothes policemen working on a tipoff. The examination was the West African Senior School Certificate Examination. After their arrest at the venue of the examination, police detectives reportedly took their statements under cautions and they were released on bail. The couple were, however, rearrested by the police on Saturday around the Deeper Life Church Street, Anwai Road, Asaba. They were accused of jumping bail and are currently helping the police for further investigations. Confirming their arrest, the Police Commissioner in the state, Alkali Baba Usman, said their case file was transferred from the Edo State Police Command to Delta after they were alleged to have jumped bail after being arrested for alleged examination malpractice. Sources said the suspects had been under pressure to assist two of their six children sit the examination last week Thursday at one of the “miracle centres” in Benin-City, where police detectives arrested them. It was further gathered that the two children had sat for the sub-regional examination more than three times without passing despite series of lessons they attended before they were re-enrolled at the “miracle centre” in Benin. Task Force Arrests 61 Fraudsters, Closes 4 Miracle Centres In Delta Apr 11, 2015 Wordpress No fewer than 61 persons suspected to be operating miracle centres in Delta State have been apprehended by the an anti-examination fraud task force recently inaugurated by the state government while four miracle centres in Obiaruku and Asaba were closed down. Delta State has been under siege of Exam fraudsters, who also operate various miracle centres where unsuspecting SSCE students are wooed into writing their examination under fraudulent supervision to make the best results. The Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education in the state, Dr Tony Nwaka, warned that the days of fraudsters were limited in the state, adding that the arrest of the suspects was made possible largely as a result of information gotten on their illicit activities. Nwaka further said that the government of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan will ensure that the monitoring of examination in the State is given adequate attention, adding that the State intend to achieve the dream of conducting examinations that are free of irregularities. According to the commissioner, all those apprehended will be handed over to the police for further investigation and prosecution. Nwaka urged those monitoring examination in the state to put more effort in their duty by discovering new ways of combating emerging techniques of perpetuating examination malpractice and miracle centres. He also appealed to stakeholders to ensure that success is achieved in the fight against examinations. Reporters gathered that operators of miracle centres in the state woo SSCE students with the promise of ensuring that they pass their examination in flying colours if they enroll in their schools. great664: |
