You soak the bean for just like 2 minutes.
Pour in blender and pulse. The whole skin comes off
If you soak for too long, the beans will break up.

One of my friends holla me with good news this morning. 'sis I don born o', so happy for her. She is a friend indeed, all through my waiting period she was there, each time she take in she call me immediately and inform me unlike my other friends. She also announced my pregnancy months before I became pregnant.

I can get hungry today and eat but next few days I force myself to eat. He was like maybe they are now three and ordered I go for scan, but scan still show two.

I'm also a teacher. luckily for me, I teach in a secondary sch and I handle jst 2 arms and I can as well call someone to combine or help with my period. And in my sch u can come jst when u have periods and leave as soon as u done. except on mons and Fridays which are assembly days. But u must teach oooo, ur class shud neva be found empty elz u go face panel or query(aka love letter )

Why are you scared of eating? Fear of vomiting? If you vomit every time you eat anything no matter what it is, then you may need to see a doctor. Have you tried eating in bits but eating very often? Have you tried fruits too ? Try cereals like corn flakes or rice crisps with enough milk as soon as you wake up....it's helping me ...
Sorry tho...I have problems sleeping at night but I console myself by telling myself it's a phase and it shall pass

@ olubankemi my Dr's advice at d end of every visit is pls eat for two and drink water for 3. I eat twice a day, and my last meal must nt be late coz of d pep perish feeling I have frm my throat to nose at nite.
