My infinix note2 which is barely one month old was having software issues which led to me resetting it and it became normal but suddenly discovered it charges at an extremely slow pace unlike before when it displays flash charging. Please what can I do?

Check ur charger. Are u using the charger that came with the phone, if yes then the fault is most likely from the cable. My phone use to do that sometimes ago, sometimes it will display fast charge and sometimes it will display cable charging which is slow. Until I went online and bought another genuine cable, now the problem is solved. If

U should stop saying that. Android is the OS, there are different OEMs making phones using the Android OS. This is just one case out of millions of infinix phones sold, so it might be a factory defect or charger problem. Even top car makers like Toyota, Infiniti and Mercedes have recalled their cars at one point or another due to factory defect.

U should really try a high end Android phone if u want a flawless experience. I've used different Android phones from galaxy s2, s3, galaxy note, htc one m7, LG g3, galaxy s6 and I haven't had a single bad experience. But that doesn't mean there are no phones with factory defect, even some iphones do have factory defect.
