This whole thing is becoming to make me to be confused, i don't want to make hasty decisions and end up regretting. My instinct has been telling me same thing, but if I tell my sponsor I'm no longer interested, he might think I'm not serious having graduated for 4yrs now without a job

That's the truth about Dubai or else u face d consequence.My advice for u is this get 3 month visa and search for work.The 3 month visa w come out in less than 10 days or get a genuine agent that can guarantee employment visa not this fake one telling u housekeeping job will give 140k per month.

depends on how long it takes ur middle man for documentations and process at the ministry of labour, apart from them it's Just few days to get it from the ministry of interior.

that's the problem, u can never find out till u get here cos those that call dem self agents can sell u a cat in place of a tiger cos all they need is ur money. The new labour law is meant to counter that but last I checked at labour they still do it d old way.

all u need is attest ur certificate, get ur visa and come over, u can't come over wit ur family now. Try coming alone get a job and check if ur renumeration can sustain them here, it's not easy having ur family here. But still depends on d weight of ur bank account. Jobs for IT professional are somehow available so far u have the right certifications. Wish u d best.

I am a microsoft certified system administrator and presently reading for my CCNA, are jobs for IT available there or not available. I dont understand what you mean by some how available.
