It's not. I don't use memory card but my internal memory still shows that there are lots on my phone ..out of 11gb only 4gb is free

I actually have this same issue currently except that mine is better because I backed up my files. My problem now is how to free the occupied space on my phone memory. Anyone with help?

It's very normal, that's why you where told to back up your files on a pc or SD card. You would have to reset your phone, to gain your space back, but your files can't be gained back. I doubt if there is another way to go around this
And about your pc not detecting your phone, use another cord. It does like that sometimes here, And I hope USB debugging is on??

You would need to reset the phone.You can sort for other ways, buh that's what I did.

Yeah. What the 624mb does is change your phone to MM6.0 with build number X510-D110-AndroidOne-20160101 and the 834mb changes your phone to MM6.01 with build number X510-D110-AndroidOne-20160201
