Access will pay their usual 35k,don't expect more and I expect UBA to pay something less than that.

You are right sir. Devaluation may be put on hold for now since oil price has started rising pending the next meetings. Anyway, let's keep our eyes open as anything can happen. I bet when the audited result for 2015 is released, the true state of the market will reflect. Investors/traders are really waiting on the sidelines especially some OPPORTUNISTS
