Which is a better choice between GTB and ZENITH in terms of FYE15 dividend expectation/capital appreciation in the light of: 1. Possible Crackdown on errant banks/bankers who soiled their hands in last administration. 2. TSA effect. 3. Impairements especially oil/gas related. I appreciate your honest views. We are not competing.... |

Raider76: I just read this analysis and I must give kudos to Rencap for a fairly objective analysis. However, I do not agree with some of the 2016 projections they have here. They will be shocked to see how some of those they are underrating will perform in 2016. Watching in 5D. 1 Like |

Raider76: I was about taking this analysis serious but seems this Rencap wants to enter those stocks with sell while maintaining hold/buy on the ones they have already taken position. 3 Likes |

TP of 0.6 for Fidelity? That alone is enough to rubbish that report. Nuff said. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Godisfaithful: 9:17pm On Jan 24, 2016 |
currentprice: Someone should have asked them why dem no put STANBIC IBTC rating as sell instead of BUY. And Fidelity rating will be sell @0.60 Kobo? They are just trying to mob up and re-rate it after they got the volume they are looking for ! If Rencap told you to sell, that is the best time to BUY(lol). Believe me, they will do the re-rating when the result is out lol They should give reasons why Fidelity should sell at 0.60Kobo with expectations (forecast) of dividend yield of more than 12% |

mercylicious: I just hope u already kept a copy of that statement sha oo. All they will do is to doctor ur statement and factor in that extra 2500. Then send u an apology mail saying a staff that had access mistakenly reverted deduction of 2015 around October last year. Why they did'nt inform their customers or even deduct it back immediately they discovered if that were to be true is what I don't understand. People here sent mails to them immediately it was discovered and they gave 23rd as deadline for refund but no body has come out to testify that it actually happened because the 23rd was yesterday. They just adjusted the statement in a way of forcing everybody to accept it. Just take it that Morgan Capital has stylishly defrauded u. If u have an alternative to them fine but if no. You will at to still be with them. |

I laugh when I hear people who think that life is just "linear". Oil price is low today and so many lazy analysts are all over the place projecting all manner of rock-bottom prices because they just want to follow the trend. But the truth about life events is that they are complex and erratic. An analogy: In 2015 everyone was screaming "CLIMATE CHANGE" and they seemed to be right because 2015 was noted as the hottest year on record! But this is just January and parts USA have experienced extreme cold conditions unlike the last few years. Today, China experienced the coldest temperatures since the 1990's with snow all over the place. Only last year you would have thought the world will boil this year. History has shown that climate changes in cycles on a geological scale. This is a fact of life. Things will always change. Now bringing it home to the market: As long as the earth remains, the bulls and the bears will not cease. One of the best proven strategies in this market is to buy the bears and sell the bulls. 3 Likes |
