to me am of the opinion that Nigerian capital be relocated every 25years to give room to develop other states

Exactly..........that's how America developed, sky scrappers in 90% of their cities, everything was not concentrated in New York but here in Nigeria they concentrate everything in Lagos(congested and choked city)
