About Lingard, it eludes me how a club like Man Utd would play such an ineffective player for 90mins, the guy should serve as a sub.

For Fellaini, lol that one is a big mediocre, he loses possession so easily and always gives bad passes, even with his height and body ball control is difficult for him.

What formation did we play today? Where did Martial play in the formation?

Again you said we should be doing better with the kind of prayers we have. Which players? The players that should give us stability are injured. I will like a situation where Val, Jones, Rojo are all fit at same time together with Smalling and Schnederlin. If we had Young doing his thing on the left wing, we would be winning almost all our games.

Why should we cut him some slack? He has been serving us this nonsense since last season. We hoped this season he would have learnt some things but the baga sold half of the team while spending 250M and still could not get players that can put his useless philosophy to positive effect.

His bland and docile demeaneur, useless selection and formation coupled with his crazy substitution all add up to the fact that the guy should pack his bags and move on to the left.

He can't even use injuries as an excuse because even when we have a retinue of fit players LvG finds a way to Bleep things up.

We could cut him some slacks because of seven first team players injured.

However, a transfer window is closing with more players joining the injury list. I saw an article where I think it was Netherlands manager who said Gaal was over working Mephis in training. May be too the players are over worked, hence the too many injuries since his arrival. I will search that news item out later.

I don't know why Lingard lasted beyond 60 minutes on the pitch. Jackson was one of our best players and he was substituted while largely inefective Lingard was left on the pitch.

From the first half, I saw balls that fell on Lingard that he didn't know what to do, then I remember Nani. One vs one Lingard would be trying to reverse or always losing ppssesion in same situation Nani would be celebrating he was in to eat his marker.

These days our line up does not instil an iota of confidence in the fans.

We still need players with speed who can carry the ball forward. Did anyone else see how McNair at one point bursted forward covering almost box to box? Then later Smalling attempted some speeding forward runs.

I keep wondering if man marking is better than Zonal marking. Man marking makes one take ones eyes away from the ball. May be our personel are the problem.

brotherly, nothing said can separate LvG from what's happening to united. Injuries are part of the game so you have to prepare for it.
Arsenal, West Ham have had injuries to their key men yet they ain't playing as bad as united, west ham even went 5games unbeaten. Bournemouth had long term injuries to about 6 of the players who brought them up yet u don't hear their coach blaming injuries at every presser like LvG like wen the squad was complete we were playing any better. LVG should honourably resign cos to me he's lost it.

Our injuries is perculiar because the long term injuries happened in one department - defence. Shaw, Vanlencia, Rojo have been out for a long term. The worst is that the back up are not just capable. Oshea would do a better job than Blind, Darmian and McNair.
