Journalist Miguel Delaney stands by his claim that Jose Mourinho wrote a dossier for Manchester United detailing how he would improve the club if he replaced current manager Louis van Gaal.

Mourinho's agent, Jorge Mendes, has denied the claims but Delaney said: "Manchester United are well aware that he [Mourinho] wants the job when Van Gaal goes and communications have been ongoing between his representatives and the club for some time so he wouldn't need to ask for the job."

And according to Delaney, producing such a dossier is nothing new for former Chelsea boss Mourinho, adding: “This extreme attention to detail is perfectly in-keeping with his management and what he's done in the past. He did it with Liverpool in 2003 and for Barcelona in 2008.”

While several factors influence players who perform in new clubs but when a coach has about 25% success in transfers then his judgment should be questioned

I can't really seem to understand why he is blocking his resignation or maybe cos he'd be seen as incompetent since LVG was his candidate and the board is scared of firing two managers in succession which will make them look clueless and so are probably waiting for the end of the season even if the results go downward.

Willian,Schurrle, Fabregas,Cosat,Matic,Cuadrado,Filipe luis.
The only flop I can say is cuadrado.
As for filipe luis, He was competing with a monster in the name of azipilicueta.
Schurrle asked the board to let him leave when he can't fight starting shirt.

If a manager signs more flops than hits then his scouting methodology needs to be questioned. from Mourinho first reign to the 2nd reign see how many flops Chelsea have gathered
