Are we supposed to mourn Pep to Man City or what exactly?

From recent interviews LvG will see out his contract perhaps, which means there should be a better succession plan by summer 2017.

We can only hope.
This Pep to City is probably the worst kept secret in the last 150 days. I read somewhere that the board also knew that Pep has been snapped up some months ago.
I think some decisions have been out of respect for the current manager. Even Moyes was sacked before a replacement was named.
I believe the manager was given some goals when he signed up so LvG will either keep himself or sack himself @ the end of the season, depending on his achievements.
