There are natural ways to approach it, just like a mama said, inositol and the most common supplement is vitex tho there are so many other supplements that helps. Eating healthy and Weight-loss helps too. For prolactin mamas have answered u already. Ur husband is urs alone, u hear. God will answer us all.

Well, I did the scan on my own with out my Dr knowing,Due to my period wasn't flowing well and I also started with spotting which is weird for me and also clotting in my period. I would understand clotting if my period was heavy. Then surprisingly I got the message of pcos I called my Dr he was alarmed because it didn't show on my blood work. He told me to come on Thursday for a scan to see if am ovulating and also to check to see the ovaries.

learnt union diagnoistics in sapele rd benin charge 7k for follicular tracking!!!...too expensive...lokking for a cheaper place, as we wish to stop ovultion test strips n focus on follucular tracking to b sure an egg is /was actually relased...so that equals 2 to 5 scans per month

My period has always bin regular,all of a sudden it changed. I decided to go to d hospital,d dr sent me to do a scan and it showed dat my enemy have PCOS. I didnt know dat i was pregnant wen i went for dat scan,i dnt live with my husband at d moment i only visit,bc i work in another state(working on my transfer though).I went home frm d hospital and cried my eyes out,google became my best friend,was always reading abt PCOS. One fateful day,i went to d car wash to wash my car,lo and behold i felt very irritated abt d environment.Was spitiing all thru,left dere strait to d pharmacy bot a Pt strip lo and behold it came out positive.Went to d lab and confirmed it&d rest is history.D sonographer didnt detect any foetal heart beat wen i went for d scan dat got me the PCoS result.Am far gone now and i can say by God's grace I am team March(jst few weeks to go). Pls cheer up,dnt stress ursef,relax ve bd with ur dh like neva before.Try and loss some weight if ur ob d big side,eat healthy too. Ur testimony is around d corner.

Asaba Scan Centre. Can't remember the exact address but its along Denis Osadebe way. You can reach them on 0803 . Will remove this number soon. They're nice but one advice is you have to go early especially the first day. Or go around 2pm when the crowd must have reduced. Their charges are ok, low if i may say but the guy is good on the job. @foe123 how good is your bmi? If on the high side or low you also need to work on it. God is your strength. Your dh is right,don't even talk about it with your best friend unless the person is also ttc. This is because your best friend also has a best friend who as well has best friend and by the time you know it, you'll feel dejected. Work with your dh alone and not even with your mum as its still too early to let her know before she'll start dragging you around, causing more stress which you already have heard isnot ttc friendly.

For high prolactin u can use dostinex, though the time I used it my prolactin reduced drastically to 0.5 n became negative (too low).pls consult your doctor before taking any drug. There is nothing impossible before God. I heard high prolactin is stress related. May your stay here be short

@shithapuns, 7k is not bad for follicular tracking, considering the number of times the tvs will be done, if you get it cheaper some where far from home the transport or fuel you will burn to get there might even make it more expensive.
