@lovinam, yes my eyes popped real good . @doubledouble, u sure say the 6 yards go do? Oya where's the bs na Coping hasn't been easy. Mum is late and MIL who has been so helpful had to leave me when her daughter in another state put to bed when my twins were 6 weeks old. Fortunately a cousin came to spend the holiday and she helps out but wld be leaving in 2 weeks. Work takes up so much of DH's time but he tries at night like when they're awake at the same time and need to be fed or changed. Just got a maid though. She'll focus more on d housework while I focus on the kids. Somehow God just helps me pull through. He'll never give more than we can bear. We'll smile at the end of the day. Hugs to your twins. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

see eh, i thot twas play when they said breastfeeding helps, my first daughter, i did exclusive cos i wasn't working, my tummy was so flat i was back to shape like say i no do CS, fastforward to my second daughter, she stopped breastfeeding at 6M since i was breastfeeding only at night cos of work (she kuku bone me) my tummy is still big ooo. but its been just 2 months now, give urself a break, it will keep reducing as time passes. as for the stretchmarks, i used Bio oil, i heard Ori and coconut oil works as well, but as i no sabi which one be original. mifavour: |

Pacypatty: Moringa caps works more than tea. I am breast feeding twins and take loads of water, I hate pap but it's now my by force favourite n I take mother's milk tea. Different things work for different ppl. Things that aids lactation are: Fenugreek Moringa Blessed thistle Nuts like cashew, almonds Pap Raisins The best of all is WATER. All the best. |

mifavour: It's never too late to bind your tummy. Get a good tummy binder and use 8hrs a day. Avoid cold drinks, if u can stick to warm/hot drinks. Breast feed like there is n tmrw n u will be amazed at number of calories u will burn per feed not even day. Make healthy food choices. Cheers |

@hajarahbadmus, I understand that feeling The day I saw my baby's first tooth, I was full of joy. My bachelor neighbour asked me if that was enough reason to be happy. When my baby took his first step at 9 months, my tummy was like sugar factory. 1 Like |
