@lovinam, yes my eyes popped real good grin.

@doubledouble, u sure say the 6 yards go do? Oya where's the bs na angry
Coping hasn't been easy. Mum is late and MIL who has been so helpful had to leave me when her daughter in another state put to bed when my twins were 6 weeks old.

Fortunately a cousin came to spend the holiday and she helps out but wld be leaving in 2 weeks. Work takes up so much of DH's time but he tries at night like when they're awake at the same time and need to be fed or changed. Just got a maid though. She'll focus more on d housework while I focus on the kids. Somehow God just helps me pull through. He'll never give more than we can bear. We'll smile at the end of the day. Hugs to your twins.

Moringa caps works more than tea. I am breast feeding twins and take loads of water, I hate pap but it's now my by force favourite n I take mother's milk tea. Different things work for different ppl. Things that aids lactation are:
Fenugreek
Moringa
Blessed thistle
Nuts like cashew, almonds
Pap
Raisins
The best of all is WATER.
All the best.

It's never too late to bind your tummy. Get a good tummy binder and use 8hrs a day. Avoid cold drinks, if u can stick to warm/hot drinks. Breast feed like there is n tmrw n u will be amazed at number of calories u will burn per feed not even day. Make healthy food choices.
Cheers

@hajarahbadmus, I understand that feeling

The day I saw my baby's first tooth, I was full of joy. My bachelor neighbour asked me if that was enough reason to be happy.

When my baby took his first step at 9 months, my tummy was like sugar factory.

Just to add to what miraclemum and lovinam have said, I think timing is key. Give her the bottle when she's really hungry.

Start with a little quantity (10ml or 20ml) and if she finishes it, then breastfeed till she's full. Continue with this method by increasing the quantity of milk until she's drinking solely formula for a meal.

Using this method ensures you do not prepare too much milk that you eventually end up throwing away because she has refused to drink it.

If all the various suggestions fail, then maybe you need to try another formula brand. Maybe she might prefer another.

Regarding water, you can add very little Ribena to it if you are a fan of Ribena like me.

That said, have you fed her from a bottle before she clocked 4 months? If not, you have your work cut out as your child might take a while to get used to the teat since she's been used to a nip-ple, so you have to keep trying.
Am also havin ds same problem wit my lo. But if I may ask, doesn't al formula taste same? I ve tried cow n gate many times wit my lo, but he kips refusin it.
Again, pls my lo is hvin slight cough, can I gv him piriton syrup n wots d dosage?
