@99billiondollar, you can try the ewedu (jute leaf) theraphy, lactating when not preggy or nursing indicates high prolactin good that you have been pregnant so please rest ur mind cos u will definitely get ur BFP, God is not wicked if HE is none of us should be alive talk-less of basking in his goodness.

@iOmoge2, did you change gynea, cos most times they will prefer to start with clo.mid b4 progressing to other options, hope you know Soy Isoflavones (Iso Flavnoids) does the same thing as clo.mid so u can't take both together. Check Healthplus/Medplus/ or any big pharmacy for it, usually in stock wher u find fertile aid, fertility blend preseed and all those other tigbotigbo.

One thing you can do to reduce chances of getting a cyst while on clo.mid is castor oil pack b4 O, it helps general uterine health just use on alternate days start 1-2 days after AF.

As i dey so, na prayer mode oo, cos i have tried and tried still nothing to be blames or responsible for this delay and my gynae is baba-go-slow. i like him cos he is like a father and he is always able to calm my nerves

Hello Oomiyale, if i may ask what you intend to use it for, it can be used for other things as well. I personally use "finest cold drawn castor oil" it's the common one in a small long bottle, it is about NGN500, mama's here have bought other brands as well.

the process is
Items u need for castor oil pack
Flannel or men's singlet
hot water bottle
Castor oil
Nylon film

Get a flannel or use men's singlet cut to size enough to cover ur abdomen when folded ( no coloured material o)
Fill hot water bottle with hot water but be careful not to burn ur abdomen o
Put hot water in a bowl and put ur castor oil in the bowl of water enough to make it warm
soak flannel with Castor oil
place the castor oil soaked flannel over ur abdomen
Place nylon film over flannel on ur abdomen ( i skip this)
Place hot water bottle on the film/abdomen for 20-30

caution: castor oil is hard to get rid off, so careful not to stain ur cloth or furniture cos it may never wash off. Castor oil is very potent, it will make a coloured material run and because it is easily absorbed by the body try not to use anything that can be absorbed alongside the castor oil, hence my reason for not using nylon film. It is reuseable so store the flannel in a glass container with cover not plastic o

My dear, d bolded almost put tears in my eyes. I just remembered by ttc days. It wasn't long bt dh got tired of spending, receiving suggestions frm pple n doctors touching my body here n den. My dear ttc is a nightmare dat u will surely com out soon. Just hang in der a little more, d lord is ur muscle.

The cycle I did both together, I experienced ovulation in a distinct way, it was the same cycle I used the opk I bought from mumihaja and I see clearly what it's meant by ovulation.

(hormonal imbalance(irregular cycle and lactating boobs)

1.vitex 800mg daily(side effects:bloated feeling,increase in breast size)i started using It 3 days to my period and for d first time ever no PMS symptoms,i was surprised cos since I started menses,pms has dealt with me evry month except last month.

2.cleanpoint tampon;it's in me right now.i feel cramps in my Lower abdomen.

3.dostinex: will start the dosage today.still not sure if I can use vitex and Dostinex together.

Dh is on fertilaid,motilityboost,countboost and proceed plus.
Really crossing my fingers tight for my miracle,oluwasemiloore,oluwatitetisimi dis month...

What are all you mamas doing differently dis Month.pls share.

please wonderful mama's, is pregnacare conception pill suppose to cause delayed ovulation, spotting around ovulation time and cramps for like a week plus before af finally appears? it also increased the length of my cycle from 26/27days to 33days. I felt it will improve my chances but all it did was mess up my cycle.... I'll really appreciate enlightenment on this drug please

Let other mamas come and advise if u can use all together. ( vitex n dostinex)

The English n herbal is why am worried if I can use letrozole n vitex.
Or stick to iso flavonoids n vitex.
Am enjoying vitex o.
Well mayb cause am super busty -G and H cup size so I am not noticing the increase in size
