(I bet everyone is forming Godforbid just like many pastors wives did)

To prevent sexual abuse and sexual violence against children, understanding the minds of the sex offenders is of utmost importance.
Understanding the behavior was not excusing it. But, if you can understand “the why”, then maybe you can start to find a solution.

A common feature they shared with most sex offenders is a history of violence - small acts that, over a period of time, escalated into deviant behaviour.
