Hey everyone, I'm about to start going to the gym for the first time next week , what must I know?

What is your aim?
What is your goal body (post pix of the person you'd like to look like)
You can also post pix of yourself if you're comfortable, for better analysis
How much do you weigh? And also height
I could draw out a routine for you if you want

I'm 66 kg currently and I wanna lose atleast 10 kg , my height is 5'3

I used to go 2 da gym, 3 times a week the day's I dnt go,I jog... Strict diet..dees'nt mean u shld starve ur self though. Eat right..lots of fruits!! Avoid eating after 7. Worked for me then.

Calorie in
Calorie out

What i mean by this is that, if you wanna loose weight then the amount of calories you burn at the gym should be more than what you eat(take in)
You have to cut down on fattie foods and carbohydrate, and hop on them proteins for that lean muscle and fruits.

Also since you'd be hitting the gym consider doing the following
Cardio (burn calories)
Deadlift (for a very tonned belly and thigh)
Squats ( for them glutes)

You can add crunches and sit-ups for abs when you're at home.

And you also have to sleep, alot (i notice you don't do this one)

oh!....u got it wrong dear.... I dnt like eating buh I can sleep like a log of wood for a long hour!

Sleep gains you weight!! shocked THAT'S WHY! I don't eat much no actually I'm always lazy to eat I find it waste of time and only eat lunch or dinner I know skipping breakfast isn't good but I just can't bring myself to eat something at morning but damnnnnnnnnn I sleep alot!! Omg lool is that why I put on weight ugh I can sleep straight for 11 hours sometimes 12 , it even scares my hubby thinking that I might be gone in my sleep lmao smh

You have a very active thyroid (high metabolism) i'm also like that
I had to start eating like a beast to gain weight, for some people they don't need that much food because low metabolism and shiit

11hrs? Damn, i cant even get past 6hrs sleep, its like i've got an alarm clock attached to my head.
But Since you sleep that much, then you should consider doing a truck load of cardio when you're conscious.
