Interesting to know that this house had $3500 back taxes on it at the time of auction. All paid off now.

To be honest, it was actually bought for $300. $600 is fees and Quit claim deed preparation. Houses at the auction like this are quit claim deed. You own the house forever. No mortgage. Just pay tax to avoid red flag

These are 2 bedrooms Sir. There are sections for 4bedrooms too. Estimated cost to finish(excluding 'foundation' which is a 'wet-system') for this particular project is 8m and 14m for the 2bedrooms and 4bedrooms bungalow respectively.

A lot of factors can determine the cost also, like sidings, acoustic walls, armour walls, suspended walls etc...

Alright......I know i have stuff they gave me from treasurer office. When i have the chance i iwll post it but i will erase my name. I know u so much doubt.

I went to study the course in NJ with Tax Lien company....thats where i found out. They said it is not common and not many know about it. There are two of them. You can choose whichever u want. Tax lien or Tax Deed. I opted for Tax Deed. Thats easy for me to understand. Tax lien is complicated

The routine are not boring but lay down procedures on how best a house can be built.

Innovations are needed in the building construction section and these innovation should be aiming at reducing cost and building more environmentally friendly houses for our people.

Some many iniatives are taking place in other third world countries like China, India, South Africa etc. I think that is the future.

The question should be how do we build cheaper, better, faster, more environmentally friendly and finer.
How do we build a meter square of a wall less than N2000 naira, how do we build a meter square of wall less than N2000.

Of course he's telling the truth. I have been reading the back and forth and shaking my head. So many Nigerians that I know travelled from Georgia and NY/NJ area and bought many properties in Detroit between 2008 and 2014. They have started getting the reward for their foresight. I thought about the same thing too but backed out of it. No regret though.
