IMHO, I think the momentum we saw over the last few weeks is so strong because they had 3 different bullish news hitting the stock back to back. ie
* The press release by SEPLAT that indicated strong production growth and very good revenue forecast. This raises hopes for good 2015 FY results and possibility for handsome dividend of over 10%. Truly the stock was seriously undervalued.
* Winning the Case against Britannia U. Those fields are very large and strategic ones. (Believe me!)
* Positive Oil recovery news over the weekend.

However, I think this bull will get weaker from today due to the "oil freeze" news that hit the market yesterday. It will likely pick u again after results are published.

haahahaha.
I like the back to back bullish news (agba, dont come here)
May back to back hit news follow my portfolio till end of april.
Amenoooooooooooooo.....................

@b2br, how far? u don sow finish, come relax dey watch in 3d.

Its a normal thing. Remember Dangote bought some stakes back from tigerbrands, so he just put an eye as a director.

OMG, make me an eye and leg of a very rich mogul.

From there make me a mogul

grin

I can start thinking about the naira when the government plays it roll by making the environment favorable for investors.
Power(electricity) still remains one of the major problem of the country. A country that imports more than what it produce.
The market (population) is there for manufacturers but the environment sucks.

Is there anything wrong with MC trading platform?
Check Tigerbrands, you will notice 2 millions bids at N1.15 and 1 million offer at the same same price N1.15 but no trading is taking place.
Hope it is not a bug..

SMH. You are still far.
Companies/investors are out to make money. They don't come to countries where the government of the day is not serious.
