I was a private patient der so it gave me d right to choose wc doctor i will like to see anytime i go ther for antenatal.i hv met one old doctor dat gave me attitude n i told them never to take my file to him again.
There nurses are nice i.e the ones i met in d labour ward oooo.they wer petting me thru out till i put to bed.there is also dis old doc in d ward hs duty is to stitch if u hv tear.menhhhhh dat man does nt regard pu..y as anything oooooo.infact wen i went back after 6wks for re suture,he did it without mercy.
Ther doctors dont like giving out ther numbers except ur husband is with u.i dont knw why oooooo.

@Hillyma it depends on u, u can start antenatal anytime cos I registered at 6weeks and started taking pregnacare immediately I got my bfp....wat did ur friend say abt R-Jolad? @missmalachi pls come and share ur experience abt R-Jolad,cos av met a doctor with an irritating attitude dere.

I went for another scan in another place and still no foetus and no ectopic pregnancy either. On sun, I started spotting scantily. It was just going on and off. Tuesday it came again. Went to the health Centre nearby cos it was late in the night, they said they will not give me anything to stop d bleeding, according to them 'the pregnancy has spoilt'. Hmmmm. I Went to the hospital again today and they did another scan, still nothing. Had to do pregnancy test which still showed positive. No fibroid, said my womb is ok. That the spotting/bleeding will stop. I asked if I'm having miscarriage. Said no, that if it's miscarriage, d pain will be terrible. Cos I don't have any pain at all, just the spotting/bleeding. I am so confused right now. I don't understand at all. I am to see the OBGYN on Fri. I'll attach all the result so far. Two scans said there's cyst, d third one said there's no cyst that it's fluid. I have done 3 scans within a week, no evidence of pregnancy, 2 positive Bfp, LMP is Dec 5 and currently spotting/bleeding. Please remember me in your prayers.

According to your LMP, you should be close to 11 weeks and the fetus should at least be visible now or even at least be able to hear an heartbeat. Have you even had an ultrasound before you started spotting? You mentioned that you didn't have cramps too, just spotting. Do they give vaginal ultrasounds in Nigeria? That one is more up close and you can see what's going on inside the uterus better. I pray you find answers soon cos this kind of thing is nerve wracking

@MamaOO, yea I did an ultrasound last week Tuesday, wasn't spotting or anything. That's when the whole drama started. They didn't see the foetus or even the gestational sac and so booked me for a repeat scan in two weeks. But I started spotting and had to go to the hospital. Can I do a vagina ultrasound when I am bleeding?

Cheerychy I was jus about asking for u? FRom ur scan and from my experience with ur kind of cases wat u have is retained product of conception.
If there is no ectopic.then that first spotting u had in jan was wen the micarriage occured. What is left is the residue of the pregnancy.that is why ur endometriem is as thick as 17mM.
Ur blood test is still reading postive because it takes a while before the HCG hormones stop showing in the blood.
Wait till u see ur gyn on friday.

Ur best bet is to have an evacuation done, so ur womb can heaL and ur hormones return to normal so it can get ready for anoda Pregnancy. This is my advise with my experience in cases like this.
The cyst that is seen was the cyst that was suppose to feed the foetus till the placenta is formed so it can get its nutrients. Now the pregnancy is no more. It will resolve on its own esp after the evacuation.

It is well with u sister, God will do it again for u. Its not easy but it will end in praise atlast for u.JUs kiP praying and eating well.

PLease uppdate us on ur visit to ur gyn. God bless you

2. How did you register at the hospital you gave birth?
3. Was there a re-run of tests in the new hospital?
4. what baby items did you take along?
5. How many weeks/ months after delivery did you travel back to your base.

sabi mama's come and torchlight this matter o. III have 2 intramural fibroid. I went to ante-natal on Monday and the doctor that attended to me after seeing my file told me that one of the fibroid is at lower segment and that It's blocking the cervix, that by 36wks if it didn't change position they won't allow me to fall into labour they will carry out cs. I did the last scan at 22weeks,I will be 28weeks tomorrow. please What are my chances of the fibroid changing position, Have anyone experienced this. God bless

Is there anyway I can prevent it from happening again in another pregnancy? Can sex or other activities affect it, cause dh and I were having sex after the spotting stopped in jan? Even before spotting sef, cause I didn't even know I was pregnant until I went for test. Also, does playing the saxophone and sewing affect cause I do that as well? And how long does it take for the womb to heal and hormones to be normal for another pregnancy? Will I see my period? Sorry for the numerous questions. I am just bothered so I won't do any wrong thing again.

My ongoing BS, i noticed i cld not sleep last night from slight abdominal pain and serious movement from LO so went in for antenatal today and doctor examined just to see i was already 4cm dilated without any signs. Just like that they have admitted me o. Am having slight pains and headache from sleepness night. Will keep giving you feedback as my sweet labor progresses.

Sometimes God mad our body to be able to detect baies with faulty chromosomes. So instead of hvaing a deformed child.. Ur body expels it early , kinda of the way antibodies work.
For now, wen u take in, watch wat u eat, bed rest And see ur gyn early so u can be mointored based on ur previous history.
After the evacuation.in one or two months ur body system shud return to normal for u to try Again.

For now see ur doc, eat well, maybe u will be placed on vitAmins to help ur body repair faster.

Don't worry I have seen lotS oF my patients take in fewmonths after miscarrying.it will surelY end in praise.God bless u

If you stay around these places you mentioned, I would suggest you go to general hospital, akodo,its in ibeju lekki. Their gynae and antenatal days are usually hectic but they have lots of good consultants there . Most private hospitals around that area rush their emergency cases there. In all may God guide, heal and restore you soonest!

My ifechukude ... my Micheal.....couldn't survive it
I lost him Dec 23.....
