Please if I were you, I'd rather spend the money in a specialist hospital than in a company supplement making promises that you cant verify or be guaranteed of. If you're not in LUTH, go to the teaching hospital in your state or a good hospital with a Urologist. A Urologist will evaluate and give him treatment options. It's not all Varicocele that requires surgery.

Varicocele surgery is not a major surgery per se. I think it requires only a days stay at the hospital and the man will be up and about his normal routine after a few days. Put all in prayers, let him see a Urologist who can better evaluate him and advise. Am sure if surgery is the way God wants it to go, then God will make his path cross with a Urologist that will convince him and he'll also be comfortable with to have the surgery done. That's what happened with me and my Fibroids removal surgery.

In the meanwhile he can continue taking things to boost his sperm. Dear Sis, sorry that you're going through this and feeling this way. God is a miracle worker and works in so many ways. While you're contemplating your gynaes suggestion, I'll go with Ayashow advice.

Try Clean Point Tampon from Mumihaja, Guaifebao, Castor Oil Pack Therapy with faith and prayers for the suggested period time, am not sure how many months. So many Mamas here have successfully used Clean Point Tampon and Guaifebao Princess Pearls to unblock their tubes. If after doing all this and it boils down to cutting off your tubes and ivf, please don't hesitate to commit it to God and go for it. Hydrosalphinx in the tubes kills off implanted embroyos if at all they implant or causes early miscarriage so a good specialist will not allow you do ivf with hydrosalphinx. The lady who started the ivf/iui/icsi ttc thread went through this and had to get her tubes off after the hydrosalphinx kept on getting in the way.

Be calm, the lord is your strength and will put smiles on your face soon. Stop counting your years in marriage less you keep getting depressed. The way of God is not the way of men. Our own very Nennynj who just declared her bfp recently got it after 9 years of marriage. I can only imagine the immense joy. How long have you been on Vitex? Vitex regulates all hormones and also brings down high Prolactic levels. Am not a Dr so I can only tell you what I've read from researches and experiences of other women in forums I belong to. Vitex does not have a negative interaction with Dostinex. Some women have taken only Vitex with good results while I also found that some women have also combined both especially women with very high/extremely high levels of Prolactin with success. I believe it takes about 3 months for you to see changes on with Vitex. Dostinex takes 1-2months. You'll need to know what your current levels and how long you've been on vitex to determine what you need to do and to also have a baseline for comparison. Also get the physical high Prolactin / Fluid coming out from the breast tips down now and repeat after a few months.

If you've been on Vitex for close to 3months, then maybe should complete it for 3months and check your levels again, then you can decide on Dostinex or not.

I saw a post of the list of women waiting I was like wat! Over 200 women on the list.

Please and please, prayer is key, I remember in the time of our prayer then, we would have like three people announcing pregnancy news in a day, and on and on like that. We were not separated by our believes, Muslim, christian and others were all calling on God almighty. I remember we had choirmistress, pastors, bible teachers, service organisers. And miracles abound in our lives. I tell you almost all of us then have one miracle or the other. I think they need to arise giants on this thread again.

We had Moses then, they have received and moved on to other threads. Let there arise a Joshua to take on.

Let the list begin to reduce by divine visitation. Over 200 on the list is way too high.

May God open the floodgates of heaven and pour out babies into your homes in Jesus name. Let the list be swept by the Holy Spirit in Jesus name.

Even Jesus said, some things can only be done by adding fasting to our prayers. Yes, though faceless, we did it then, you all can also do it again.

maymay1, finecheek12 check the thread title 'Re-Is there solution for blocked tubes' .The OP of the thread -Rust2000 who later changed her moniker to Blendy77 now has twin boys. They clocked 2 last year acc to her. She did not hv to cut off her tubes. she did flushing, used serraptese and guife bao. All the ways to use them, their functions in the body and where to get them and their costs were discussed on that thread by her and others who used them. May God give u guys twins for compensation too.

iomoge2, God will help us ttc women. thats the route I want to try soon. (I am just over a year too in ttc and hv tried only pregnacare conception). I think she may not know the name if its herbs esp but she should be sure of the source o to avoid stories that touch.

I don't know the name of the drug but a friend of mine was given the same drug by her Dr when she was trying to conceive and after using the drug she conceived. Well she introduced me to her Dr and the Dr started me on the same white tablets with HD written on it. Mine cost me more than 5k oh.Me I sabi ask questions so I asked the Dr but he refused to tell me the name even when I complained of side effects he maintained his stand refusing to tell me the name just asked me to endure and eat if I feel weak and all will be well. The drug also messed up my cycle which later returned to normal after I completed the dosage. Anyways the drug didn't help me conceive possibly because it was treating an issue that wasn't my ttc issue. My major ttc issue then was Fibroids and I now my new Dr has also diagnosed PCOS.

Your friend should complain about the side effects to her DR, maybe he can have a solution to help with them. I pray it works for her like it did for my friend.

Different Drs have different methods of approaching ttc. The Dr I mentioned above told me that it's usually his first protocol for women ttc that I won't be the 1st he's treating with it. My current Dr I discovered 1st does an antibiotics protocol. When I asked him why he placed me and DH on antibiotics after our first consult even before doing an infection test. He explained that antibiotics is necessary as it kills of even infections that have gone dormant that may not show up on tests. He said sometimes infections both active and/or those in a current dormant state that will later become active are the only things hindering conception.
