•No Interview was conducted
•No job position (they'll be transferred to the factory since they read Microbiology)
•She gave them her letter and they never cared to read it
•Was asked to resume immediately

A close source said the firm is a big one and that her cozin did her IT with them (with the cozin saying d firm is okay).

This is my honest opinion about your friend...
If she would like to have a career in the pharmaceutical industry then by all means let her accept the job.

Yes the company's methods as explained by her sounds really shady and suspicious. But then, the truth is that life would be somewhat boring without risks and adventures.

Since she is not resigning from anywhere to pick this job, then she has nothing to lose. Let her tell herself that she is going on a Jobhunt Adventure and if she succeeds she can be glad, if she doesn't it would all be part of her eventual success story. However while at it she should understand too that for them not to pay anything during the training or even mention eventual salary, it alludes to the fact that the salary may end up not being so much. So no high expectations yet so that she doesn't get heartbroken. Although I'd say a bird at hand is the very bird. A step is all it takes to begin a very long journey.

Tell her too that the training ain't just for the fun of it o... If the company is real, then she should know that her performance in that training is the Main Interview (which may account for why the people no really send her letter - though I'm not saying what they did is right o). If she flops at it, she loses the hope of getting the job. Let her put her mind into and enjoy it and learn. In fact she can tell herself she is going for a 3 weeks self improvement seminar. BUT she should not part with her 1Kobo o...Once they ask for money, run for your life.

My point is.... Let her go for it and give it her best shot. She has nothing to lose and besides good gifts don't always come in beautiful wrappings

Hi. It's a very good company. Pay is above industry standard. Working conditions are also excellent. You also have complete medical insurance, and a crazy commission if you meet your targets. I happen to follow the MD on LinkedIn. A friend also worked there until he resigned last year, a decision he still regrets till today.

You'll have to work your assrs off though. They have purely high end ethical products.
